Had high hopes…. I have black mold growing in bathroom… needed someone to check it out… called Warrior Restoration… quoted me $250 to come look at it… and wanted money up front (which is cool) but couldn’t come look at it until 2 weeks later lol ridiculous

Our house was severely damaged by the EF4 tornado when several large oaks hit it. Water poured through recessed lights and ceiling fans and down walls. We were on a waiting list for Warrior. Another mitigation team was abruptly canceled by our claims adjuster because they did not document moisture or mold. I signed the contract with Warrior hesitantly because of several less than great experiences with other service providers in the aftermath of the tornado. But you have to trust somebody and Donna seemed trustworthy, competent, and knowledgeable. Boy, was she! She had the equipment to take needed readings and to deal with insurance.Warrior removed sodden insulation from the attic, tore out walls, flooring and ceilings from kitchen and dining room. Fans and other equipment ran for days.10K+ later and insurance covered it all, which they should have. Every step was patiently explained and re-explained (tornado-brain fog). We have a long way to go on repairs but we have a moisture- and mold-free home and peace of mind.

Although things did not go perfectly on the Project deployment side, the quality of the work was second to none, absolutely top quality. Warrior Restorations did an amazing job working on our unexpected water-damaged basement. Anthony arrived at our door within a couple hours, late on a Saturday night, and started to ease our mind and assure us the problem was under control. Cameron, Jacob, and Carson were hard workers that made sure we understood what was going on and what they were doing, from packing up all my DVDs in alphabetical order to ripping up soaking carpet and wall demolition. They asked questions, made recommendations, and answered questions as presented. These guys worked hard from 8am to 9pm. So very thankful for this company! Unfortunately my plumbing backed up and my house flooded. I was initially dealing with another restoration company that would not come out until AFTER a plumber/septic company came out first. After getting the run around with several other companies I finally found Steady Flo (another company I highly recommend) which advised me they deal with Warrior often. That they already spoke to Warrior and they would be able to come out shortly since it would be several hours before my plumbing tech could get to me. This was such a relief because even though I cleaned up as much water as I could and I shut everything off I still had water flooding through my house. I needed someone to come to help prevent further damage. That’s exactly what Warrior Restoration did. My project manager Anthony was very prompt, polite, thorough, knowledgeable, and empathetic. He continued to reassure me that everything would be okay and to just relax they would handle everything from here. I cannot thank you guys enough for your quick response. Warrior helped me with fire damage at a rental house. Ive never had to deal with anything like this before. Warrior helped me file my claim to fix the house, and they also helped my tenants get their belongings cleaned and moved to a storage facility. They were very caring and professional. I recently experienced a water loss in my upstairs bathroom. Donna responded quickly and found the source of the leak, immediately scheduling a crew to perform the mitigation. Gene and Alex did a phenomenal job in removing the damaged materials in the bathroom and minimizing the tear out. Warrior even managed to save my ceiling in the living room below, cutting the prospective size of my loss in half! I was able to avoid filing an insurance claim because of their rapid response and ability to think outside of the box! Fantastic, knowledgeable company! Highly recommend!

This company was recommended by a local plumber. Do not do business with them! Their lead Brandon assured me several times before the work started that they would work with the insurance company for the payment. I have already paid the company what the insurance gave me, but there is a discrepancy in the charges. So for some reason I have to continue to facilitate conversations between adults to try and get anything done. I have talked with them several times and my adjuster has not received what she needs. So now they are threatening to charge me $500. And place a lien on my home. Even as I continue to try to work things out. Awful company and awful service.

It is not often that I am willing to write a review. They are time consuming and generally take a fair amount of thought. I do feel it is important to share my experience as this company is one you would use when you are most likely already in a stressful time of crisis and wouldn’t want to experience even more stress by a company that is fairly disorganized and extremely expensive to use.Things started off well enough. We had a main water line break that flooded the first floor of our home. They had a team onsite within just a few short hours to begin mitigation. Unfortunately, this was about the only part of the experience that went well.Over the course of the next week Warrior and their team came in and worked on mitigating the water that had intruded our home. The team was OK at best. There were three guys in total that really busted their tail to get the job done while the other 3-4 guys sort of half worked most of time. Once mitigation was complete, we paid them $500 to come in and do the restoration estimate for the insurance company with the full intent of using them to restore our home. In total from the day I wrote the check to the day they had the restoration estimate back in my hand was just over two weeks. My wife and I felt this was an extensive amount of time but given her and I have never been through something like this we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We went on to spend another 4 weeks negotiating with the insurance company and warrior on what would be fixed and what it would cost to fix our home. The problem here was the amount of time it would take Warrior to amend the estimate and send it back to our insurance company as the negotiations would occur. There was usually a 2-3 delay on their part before they would send back a revision to the insurance company. Meanwhile I am having to call and email them to get updates on why it was taking so long to complete the revisions. I ended up having to call our insurance company and working with our adjuster to get things squared away. Warrior would omit things the insurance company would ask for in order to come to an agreement on what to pay out. In total they wasted around 2 weeks by not responding when the insurance company would.Then the bills began to roll in. Keep in mind the insurance company picks up the tab, however, I was dumb founded by the amount of money they charged for silly things. To give an example: Storage was charged @ $970 a month. We are talking about 1700 sqft of furniture and belongings at most that would all fit in a 2-car garage without a problem. (I know this because that is where our belongings currently sit, more on that later). Then came the bills for the moving charges. My wife and I have moved twice in our lives now and Warrior was charging 2-3X more than anything we had ever paid in the past. Had we known this up front we could have easily hired our own moving company and storage locker and saves literally thousands and thousands of dollars. Our insurance company is still in the process of arguing with them over the outlandish amount of money they are charging.The loss took place on 04/20 and we did not receive the check from insurance to begin restoration until 06/15. The majority of the delay falls in the hands of Warrior and their team. In the long run we chose to use another General Contractor to repair our home and have Warrior deliver our belongings to our garage so we could simply get away from them altogether. I hope I never have to deal with a restoration company again but if I do, I can assure you I will not be placing a call to Warrior for their services.

Water dripping from your ceiling can be alarming! Thankfully, Warrior Restoration was there to ease my mind. They came the same day and began mitigation. In a few days everything was dry and I was relieved. The people are passionate about the services they provide and from the first day felt like family. They maintained contact with me throughout the process and have been readily available for any questions I had. They were professional and paid close attention to detail. I cannot imagine the overall service being any better. They strive for perfection.

We had water damage in our home and warrior came to the rescue. They are an A1 company. We couldnt have hired a better company to dry and restore our home. I cant remember all the names of the employees who came to the house because there were so many of them. And we havent forgot the ones in the office who are just as important. I had the owner, Lee, out to the house for a leak. When he checked, he said the leak had been cleaned by me. Lee did not send his crew because he said no further attention was needed. A few years later when a huge leak happened, I called Lee again because of his honesty and integrity. I have been pleased with the workers and the work. The honesty of the company is very important to me. Patrick worked with our insurance company to have the repairs assessed, and I had no problems with insurance payment. I called Warrior Restoration and someone called, made an appointment to visit our home, and, after we agreed to the very reasonable cost of remediation, the work was started immediately. My husband and I had a great experience with Warrior Restoration. Of course, we were stressed out at first as we had water damage in our home which then prompted a pretty large renovation that we were not expecting. I ran across Warrior Restoration while conducting a google search for an emergency project that needed attention. Upon calling I was immediately contacted by Ken Bauman. He was able to accommodate me within 24 hours of our initial contact. Ken was able to access my concern and pinpoint the source of my problem. He was extremely knowledgeable. Moreover he was able to explain the particulars of my issue in a manner that I believe even a novice would be able to understand. Sometimes reviews online don’t match the customer care and service you receive. In this case, I’ve been more than satisfied with my overall experience!

Nov of 2018 my water heater burst and warrior was at my housewithin the hour. All the people were professional and did a good job.

Happy that these guys are round. Wednesday my father fell in his bathroom, i have needed to put up hand rails for weeks and just put it off. I needed to make sure this didn’t happen again. Called the warrior office at 9am, by 11am the same day, a supervisor had come by and measured all the bathrooms. They ordered the correct materials for the toilet, showers, tubs and they were being installed shortly after. At 2pm the job was complete. WOW. I needed immediate help and they over preformed. We came home after 2 days out of town to find out dishwasher still running and our main floor and basement flooding. Anthony from Warrior was at our house assessing the damage within 90 minutes on a Sunday and explained what our next steps would be, walked us through what we needed to do and how long everything might take, and the clean up/ content crews were on site first the the next morning. Warrior has a separate team for every aspect of clean up, mitigation and demo and all the guys have been super helpful, communicative and hard working the whole time. Eder and Cory handled most of the demo and were such nice guys. Robbie and James on the content crew kept me calm while we went through ruined items and Cameron and Billy on the mitigation team kept us in the loop as to how things were drying up and when rebuilding might be possible. All the teams explained everything they were doing and why and always arrived when they said they would. I highly recommend Warrior Restoration if you experience any type of water damage or other in-home disaster to your home.

Enjoyed doing business with this company. Everyone was very professional. I especially appreciated Jorge and Juan, the 2 gentlemen who worked on my home. They were kind and respectful and cleaned up each day after they worked.

These guys come out in the middle of the night when my pipe busted within 1 hour, when 2 other services that were advertised as 24 hours, didnt. That alone was very important. Any longer and much much more damage would of happen to my house. They were quick on their steps they took. The people were very personable and kind and called me every few days to keep up with me, which was a great bonus because Im already busy and forget things. They also allowed up to pay a little more for some upgrades to our bathroom where the pipe busted, and the work was done very first rate. Would recommend and would use again if this ever happen again to my house.

BUYER BEWARE! Warrior restoration charges outrageous prices for work (never giving you an estimate before the work is complete, stating that they will work it out with the insurance company). We finally received a statement that included over $600 of overcharges, including charges for work never completed. I had to make additional requests for a final invoice, only to be told that they were going to charge me another 3% additional, if I did not pay them by check or cash. Dont be fooled by their tactics to get the work completed by them; they promise much, dont deliver and you will be left paying a hefty price.

Hands down 5 star experience. We had our basement flood about 5 months after buying our first home. (Horrible, I know!) BUT Warrior and their team took great care of us. No matter your home style, needs, or budget, Warrior will certainly take care of you!

They take care of everything: removing and storing contents of damaged rooms, removing damaged parts of the house, cleaning, drying and disinfecting house, helping with insurance claims and then rebuilding. I had a bad water leak that ruined my bathroom and flooring. This couldnt have happened at a worse time, with graduation around the corner and family coming, but they assured me it would be taken care of! Warrior was there to fix everything and went above and beyond our satisfaction with everything from the water clean up, the painting, flooring, carpet and clean up! Dwayne was amazing to work with and just a phone call away to answer any questions or concerns! When you have water damage in your home and you are not sure who to call to take care of it, call Warrior Restoration! This is a one stop shop kind of place. Place one call and they take care of everything else from the beginning to the end even dealing with the insurance adjuster. I have had two water loss claims this yr. I used Warrior both times and have been very pleased with the crews and work done. I would have highly recommend Warrior until I received a call today from Ginger. I have been patiently for Warrior and my Insurance company to come to an agreement on payment (Its covered %100 percent by insurance) I reached out Warrior and my Insurance at least 2 wks ago to see if they had settled and I could pay my bill. I left a message with Warriors answering service, never heard back from anyone at Warrior. I did hear back from my agent. He told me he was waiting on Warrior to respond to his proposal. So I wait. 15 days ago I received a statement from Warrior (finally). It was not for the correct amount...therefore Warrior and my Insurance were still not in agreement. I still dont know what amount to pay. On Thursday of last week they finally reach an agreement. So now Im waiting on an additional check from my Insurance so I can pay Warrior the full amount . Keep in mind I havent heard from Warrior AT ALL except for the incorrect statement I received 15 days ago. Now today Ginger calls me(very flippant and rude) and tells me shes gonna put a lien on my house tomorrow . Naturally I am LIVID!! I ALWAYS pay my bills. She tried to make me feel like I was trying not to pay them. Not the case AT ALL!!! Warrior took their time getting back with my Insurance. Thats not my fault and dont deserve a Lien put on my home. Unfortunately, I would NOT recommend Warrior if this how they do buisness.Thank you, Kristen Watts

When our kitchen flooded at 1:00 in the morning Warrior was working on our house 1 hour later. Fast response. Happy with the end result of our home.

Warrior was sent to our home when Delta Plumbing made a mistake and caused water damage. The water remediation went well, but when it came time to do the repairs to finish the job, Warrior was awful to work with. After 2 months of constantly calling them (they NEVER return calls) they started claiming that they didnt work with Delta anymore. Delta claimed they did. The two companies kept us in the middle for 4 more months. When Warrior finally agreed to finish the job, they couldnt tell us what exactly they were going to do (like 1 or 2 coats of paint, replace the vanity with what, etc) The lead worker on the job had a terrible attitude and they did an awful job. We are now hiring a contractor at our own expense to make things right. Dont hire Warrior Restoration!

This company was hired by the apartment complex my dad lived in. He committed suicide along with his girlfriend. It took months to get into his apartment to collect his things and SEVERAL items I know he owned were STOLEN!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! I have never had such a terrible experience especially considering my dad passed away. They won’t provide pictures of anything they removed or threw away. I have to pay $500 to access them and there’s no telling what pictures they didn’t take so they wouldn’t get caught stealing. These people are rude and took advantage of my fathers death. I was left with NOTHING OF HIS BECAUSE OF THEM!!!

Warrior was at my home immediately when my pipe burst in my basement (on a Sunday evening)! They were able to secure a plumber to fix the leak immediately and started the clean up process that night. From there, they did what they said they would do, and when they said they would do it, getting my basement cleaned up and restored back to its original condition.

I had a very difficult time with this company.Initially they seemed to be on top of things and very professional, the mitigation team was great and did a wonderful job. The two individuals who came to do the mitigation were very knowledgable of the process. They did inform of a realistic time of around 3 months, as opposed to the initial one month i was told by the initial Warrior Supervisor.The issues began once the USAA adjuster had come to do an estimate on my home. USAA gave an estimate within a week of viewing my home, she advised the supervisor from Warrior that she would have this done within the week, due to her leaving town...A few weeks pass, so i call warrior, i then receive a phone call from the supervisor in charge of my home telling me that he forgot to do it..... The reasoning behind this was because his home was under restoration as well. I completely understand that but as a company and a supervisor you should at least pass of your jobs to someone else while you deal with your personal life. This falls on the office staff as well for not coordinating there employee during his restoration.Next....My family and I were staying in a hotel and i came by my home to check on things. My furniture (not all), was put into my garage. A warrior employee decided to come into my garage and have a conversation with me.. During this conversation he knocks over one of my wives lamps.. This would have been no big deal, but the employee looks at the lamp and then returns inside.Next...During this process, i attempted to call the supervisor in charge of my home (note: this is mid reconstruction of my home). I was unsuccessful multiple times in contacting. After multiple times of attempted contact, i was advised that he was out of town on vacation.....If your going on vacation in the middle of a job at a bare minimum advise your client of you leaving and have someone else step in, introduce themselves, and take over your job.None of this was done until i called there office.Once again this is not only on the supervisor but on the office management.Next,Once the floors had been replaced and walls had been painted, i observed my condensate line (what cause the initial problem) had still not been fixed. I advised and showed the current workers at the home this problem and the could not understand why no one had fixed it yet.I was called the following day by a warrior employee and advised i could return home. I then asked if the condensate line had been fixed. He replied with, yes....Shortly after hes response, he then corrected himself and advised that the line would be fixed by the time i returned.*The condensate line, which initially flooded my house was never fixed until I, the homeowner, did your job and told you it wasnt fixed......Not Cool.After this was completed my wife and moved back in.Immediately we identified multiple issues with the home1. Grout color on tiles did not match.2. Someone punched a hole in my bathroom wall and patched it but did not re-paint over it.3. Cabinets were damaged.I immediately advised the company of issues observed.The tiles were fixed and patch was painted over.The cabinets....They have come out twice now to work on the cabinets.......THEY STILL ARE NOT FIXED.I signed the COS only because i could no longer deal with the lack of craftsmanship, management, and honestly professionalism this company has shown.I cant give them a one star because there are individuals at this company who care, but unfortunately i did not have a good experience...oh yea,received multiple calls from them in regards to money being owed. The people i spoke to on the phone could not tell me what the bill was from, so the Assumed it was the money released from my insurance once the COS had been signed.Once i signed the COS the insurance company released the remaining funds.Sure enough, Warriors final invoice did not match USAA.. The reason was because the company was not using the right price list.Thank you.
