They were very busy but they opened another bay and got me in quicker than expected. Very nice, professional people. I will be going back for repairs to my vehicle.

So I decided to test the fidelity of these guys. I took my civic one Friday morning, explained to them that I want the best oil for my car, they sold me an oil that only lasts 3k miles, I told them its little mileage for $70 that they charged me, they told me they cant do anything. After they changed it, I checked which filter they installed and noticed that the screws were missing from the lid, plus the filter they installed was of poor quality. To make matters worse after 3k, I decided to change the oil myself, and when I removed the old oil I noticed that there was an excess of oil in my engine. These guys are definitely not trained to work with different car models and dont bother to check the manual online. Lousy service

I got my window fixed here and the only complaint I have is that it took a long time, but for a good reason. I drive a 2001 Pontiac, so parts for my car are a little harder to find. However, one of the employees there (his name was Alex) went out of his way and called multiple stores to find the part I needed for my window. Very kind people. And they did it very well.

Quick and efficient. Didnt even have to get out of my car. Full synthetic cost 80 bucks. Previous mechanic apparently lost part of my oil cap and they replaced it. Will definitely return.

After our oil change and tire rotation, we checked the oil level, it was over full. We went back next day to make Sure the oil dripping in the driveway was not from something that needed tightening. They said we needed some gaskets replaced, there was oil all over everything, they cleaned it up. We did not have them replace the gaskets. The oil is full now and not dripping at all. Oh, and we just noticed that all of the caps of the air pressure stems on all four tires are missing. We know they are not needed especially, but gee wiz!

They did not do a thorough job. I specifically asked for my tire pressure to be checked. When I left my rear tires werent even close to the same: 29 and 34 psi. That was a lot of money for a full service visit and was not really full service. I wont go back.

I prefer taking my trucks to Express Oil Change because of convenient fast and efficient service. For 27 years I have had only great service from them.

Slow! Took them over 30 mins to change my oil. Thought it would be quick oil change after a home depot run but I was wrong. I should have stuck with buck tire like I normally do. They are just as fast and have a lot more business and know what they are talking about.

Excellent service, friendly, and honest staff. My rear brake caliber on my trailblazer completely locked on today on the way to a job out of town. I just knew that they were going to overcharge me being a female from out of town. But I was wrong they fix the problem in less than 10 min and only charged me $47 and some change.

The gas station you can see in the picture is where the adventure started. I was on the far left pump filling up the Mustang when the fuel neck Grommet broke. It’s basically the seal where the neck goes from where you put the fuel pump nozzle when getting fuel and it runs down into your fuel tank. So I fill up and it busted. I walked over and asked if they could fix it and they said yeah, where is it. I told them and 6 of the guys came over and helped me push the car all the way over and around to the back of the service station.I don’t recommend using that gas station by the way. My wife and I had to block off the pumps beside us because the owner wouldn’t call the fire department while 12 gallons of fuel was pouring out. We called and they never came out either.Back to the service station. It was the middle of June and me and the guys pushed this 2000lbs car like it was pushing a sled at Football practice. Jodi was the manager at the time. I’m not sure if he still is or not. It took about an hour and they had a quote for fixing it. Great price and it was done the next day.

They went above and beyond to take great care of my car and answer all the questions that I had. They also showed me how to make sure that my car relearns the tires so that the gauge is on my display are reflecting the correct tire that is on the car. They also washed my windshield. Professional service and clean shop.

Wouldnt go anywhere else, and for those who say its overpriced - you get what you pay for and these guys are definitely worth the extra $10 to $15. They allow you to stay in the bay and watch the entire process so you know youre getting what you paid for. Go ahead and take your car to a dealership where they make you stay in a waiting room and then say they changed your oil but in actuality they just changed your filter or maybe nothing at all!

I have a 2004 Honda Pilot that has had alignment issues for years and the guys at Goodyear have it driving like brand new again after today’s service! They were super friendly, knowledgeable, and very fast.

These guys are beyond words of incredible! My husband & I had the unfortunate experience of both engines in our 2008 trucks go bad at the same time. After fooling with the Chevrolet dealership that only wasted a week with no results & lighter pockets, we decided to see what Express oil could do for us. I tell you Joel & his crew of merryman were not only technical, professional, informative & attentive, they also provide the best & friendliest customer care experience we have seen (side note this is from 2 veterans that have lived in several states). After moving from the area we have driven back from NC to do follow up service. Again, beyond words of incredible.

This use to be a friendly, nice atmosphere but now it is just another routine business (with routine care, nothing special) Dont know whats happened, but I miss the nice, friendly, kind guys that use to work here and the excellent care and service.

I’ve been a customer for the past 4 years. My oil change prices have always been under $50, my vehicle has less than 65k miles. Today I was told before service started that it would be over $60 to get the same service I’ve been getting for $43.14. Thankfully I had past receipts with me and was able to prove my price. The carelessness to not pull up my history as a customer AND to attempt to up-charge me is why I will no longer utilize this establishment for my car’s needs.

My wife asked me to get her oil changed for her while she was at work. The dealership was closed, so I took it to Express. Too overpriced. A standard oil change is $40. If your car has a cartridge style filter add another $10. Thats $50 plus shop fees for a standard 5 quart oil change. I can get an oil change at the dealership for less than $40, taxes and shop fees included and thats with a factory filter.Update to add: Although they say they always replace the drain plug gasket they didnt and it leaked. I took it to the dealership for the next oil change and the drain plug gasket was replaced. Havent seen a drop of oil in the garage since.

Good oil change place with no sales pressure employees. The sign does say 10 minute oil change, however it must be when you are the only one there. Overall satisfied.

I went in for an oil change on a saturday. you could tell they were busy but I was greeted before I even parked my car! The guys were very polite and nice. They informed me of the coupons they had without me even asking. They told me what my car need it and gave me prices but i was never pressured into getting it done. They were fully staffed and i was out fairly quickly.

This place was great. Even though they were closing they still took the time to do some extra work to my truck that was needed.
