I called a week prior inquiring about an appointment for an alignment. I was told that they didn’t do alignment appointments and it was first come first serve. I then asked what the best time to arrive to have the lowest wait possible. The person advised that they opened at 8am on Monday and to show up a little before 8 and I would be good. So I woke up and drove 40 minutes on my ONLY off day to get my truck aligned. To my surprise when I pulled in at 7:41am the bay doors were opened and people going in and out of the office. I went inside and explained I was here for an alignment and got told there was 2 people ahead of me and it was roughly a 2 hour wait before my truck could even get on the rack. This was disappointing because if I would’ve known I could’ve been there earlier I would’ve. I’m a K-9 handler and have very limited days I can get things done. So now I’m calling other places trying to get my truck aligned in a very limited time window. Best part is I needed a new set of 285/50/22 load range E and was willing to get and alignment (due to installing new front end parts) and order tires and then pay for a second alignment.Unfortunately with my schedule I cannot afford to wait or be told inconsistent times. I tried to support a smaller business but I guess I will go back to making appointments at the dealer.

I came here because of so many great reviews but the definitely didn’t live up to these reviews with my experience. I came here a week ago looking to get my car worked on. I was told to come back next week for the repairs I was looking to get done. I came back this week and was only greeted with the same response and a chuckle at that. I originally called before my first visit to schedule an appointment but was told it was first come first serve but that’s a lie. It’s based on the repairs you are coming in with and if they feel like working on it that day! I definitely will not come back and will never recommend to anyone!

Ive been using Bucks Tires since 2014 and the service us Excellent. They are always busy so please be patient as the work gets done RIGHT. The staff are exceptional and have a superb attitude in trying to help any way they can. Its well worth the visit.

Good service and do you right not like some places

Came home from deployment to visit my mother, decided to take her car in for an oil change and tire rotation, my mother said she had been going there for a while with no problems quick and easy. They took about 3 hours to get everything done when they said it would be about 45 minutes, the guy at the front desk had an obnoxious attitude, they pulled around the car towards the back I asked how much longer they would be because it was just sitting there and they said oh its been ready so I was waiting there for an extra 30 minutes and to top everything off when I drove off there was a loud popping sound and the car started to shake next thing I know the car dropped and made a screeching noise the back tire had came off in front of the place and I almost had a head on collision into traffic I backed up into there parking lot and told them what had happened and they just treated as if it was nothing they put it back on and said they will have our manager call you later. They never called. Unreliable, horrible place

Got 4 Truck tires and 2 for 20 pontoon trailer in less than hour and a half for 612.00. I paid more than that for last set just on my truck and they werent as nice! Great guys and great prices, thanks guys I will see you again.

Called on tires got a price next day I call to make sure they are in stock still and price is $150 more. Company price gouging different price depending on who you talk to. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Great customer service from them. I needed my classic Ford Fairlane alignment done. Went to another local tire shop, and they said they can only align 1996 and newer. Bucks said he could do it. I had my front tires replaced there and was concerned about clearance issues. They installed the same size tires as the back and there was a clearance issue. They called me to look at it. They ordered one size smaller tire, and had them the next day and installed.

This place has helped me out more than once when I was needing a tire in a pinch. I highly recommend this company!

I have been using Bucks for years for my own personal vehicles. But I work at StateFarm and I had a client who was broken down, Bucks was here within 3 minutes to help her jump off her car and get her on her way, at no charge since we were next door to them. They have also come over here to pump up a tire and follow a gentleman to their shop for repair. Amazing service with no expectation of a sale. I recommend everybody I can to them.

Im from New York I was here visiting my son I have studded tires and let them know I have studded tires on my car I asked them if they could balance the front studded tires they said yes well I waited and they came back and said they couldnt do it because its illegal to have studded tires all in all they were very friendly I just wish they would have told me at the start so I dont have to sit there I even told them I was going back to New York the end of this month end of March 2021 which still has lots of snow

Bucks went above and beyond to find me a tire and wheel for my car after I ran over a screwdriver 😭. They ordered one that turned out to be the wrong color, so they had to order another tire. Very friendly and no haggling, just gave me a good deal and were very upfront about costs and options. Only (minor) complaint is that they didnt call me when either tire came, I had to call them for a status update. Overall great service and great price!

They helped me out with an alignment and front tire change. Front desk was super efficient, however the tire jockeys were working in slow motion. Good Lord it took me forever to get out of there. But they did allow me the pleasure of leaving with grease on my floor mats and armrests. Price was reasonable though and everyone friendly.

I had an oil change and a tire replacement plus rotate and balance. I was not able to purchase a new tire at the time but they found a good used one to save the day. Hope it will last until Im able to get a couple new ones in the future. Anyway its a busy place and the wait may be long to some but their service is spot on and they treat their customers right.

I went yesterday for an oil change. Service was prompt and I was out in no time. However, I was expecting better communication and suggestions on types of oil for my vehicle. I asked to check tire pressure otherwise I doubt it would be done as in other places. I asked to have brakes checked; but, since I couldn’t elaborate on the issue or explain eloquently I was politely told I’d be put back in line behind all other vehicles and could take a long time.I said I’d be back another time; but, there are many other places that would appreciate my business and be more attentive to a customer’s needs.

I called and got a quote for a new tire and the price was great! I arrived about an hour before closing and told them I had called for a single tire and informed them the one I meeded replaced was in the trunk. The guy at the counter said they could put it on the car for me so I can put my spare back in the trunk. They got the tire changed quickly and I asked again to ensure they had taken off my flat tire, currently in the trunk, and changed out the new one with the spare currently on the car. They said yes and that was it. They finished right around close and so I went on home since I had to drive an hour away. I got home to reorganize my tools in the trunk and noticed they did NOT change the correct tire! They didn’t even open the trunk after I told and asked them 3 times! I knew they were closed but called anyways to leave them a message and I couldn’t even do that because the mailbox was full! Not only did they not do what I asked of them but they don’t even check or delete old messages?! I’m going to inform them of their error tomorrow since they luckily open before I have to be at work. If they fix their mistake they will have earned ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. If not I will have to seek other means of justification since they took off a decent tire and left me with a flat after paying and explaining what I needed done.Went back this morning and they had everything sorted out and fixed quickly! Great service from great guys!

Great communication and friendly people but when i was getting my atv tires swapped a huge hole was made in the sidewalk of my tire. i was hoping for some sort of compensation for this or maybe a new tire.

I am always amazed by the care they show about my well being as I travel. They are always honest about what is urgent and what can wait. Roby is kind and doesnt get frustrated with me when I grumble about costly care repairs. Always fair with pricing and rarely do I have to wait more than a day to get my car back.

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! My husband Lanny and I owned a service business for 41 years and had up to 6 service trucks on the road. As expected, we had many repairs done over the years. We found Bucks about a year ago when we had tires replaced on a van. THEY WERE HALF THE PRICE WE HAD PAID FOR MANY OTHER TIRE REPLACEMENTS ON OTHER VANS. Plus the service we was exceptional....friendly staff...great mechanics...quick service. Since that day we have not used anyone else for any car or van repair. Besides tires they do most any mechanical repairs. Their prices are so incredibly reasonable and they do it right the first time. They have a lifetime customer in us.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have been taking my car to Bucks for service and new tires since I moved to Newnan 3 years ago. I will not trust anyone else to look at, let alone work on my car. The team at Bucks are very friendly, knowledgeable and their pricing is very affordable. They are always packed so come early but its well worth it.

It was time for 4 new tires, my research found Cooper tires getting better ratings than the usual Goodyear tires... Bucks Tire patiently answered all the questions I had gathered (the car dealership shop never returned my call after 2 weeks) and gave me a competitive price (lower than the car dealership shop - my husband called the car dealership and they immediately called him back... hmmmm), and Bucks price included a regular hazard warranty (you have to pay extra for that at the dealership shop!)... This was my car, I was paying the bill, Bucks treated me with respect.... they have won this working, services her own car, pays her own bills females business!
