I love the windows that People Products installed. They are energy efficient and save money too. I love my casement windows, as all of them open now and they keep the noise out. We didn’t even get to doing business with them. They were suppose to come for an estimate at 10am. They were running late and we had to leave our house for 11so I decided at 1010 to call them. I spoke with Ashley who informed me that the representative was not coming but that they would like to set something else up. She didn’t apologize for not calling me and in fact didn’t mention that they were planning on calling me to inform me that they weren’t coming. This to me is so unprofessional and rude. Why would I use a business that would do this. Why would anyone.

The sales presentation was very informative, they laid out all my options and we chose the windows that will benefit my home the most. The installation was great, they were very concious about making sure there was no mess in the house. Even though it was in the middle of February they kept the house warm and worked quickly. I have not noticed any drafts since getting the windows installed. I barely have to touch my thermostat anymore, and have saved money on my energy bill.

One star for charging my credit card $8700 although I cancelled my order on Tuesday 9/8/20 and the unnecessary inconvenience. I was told someone will call me that Tuesday 9/8/20 to review the order and before charging my credit card. I never got that call. Very responsive and aggressive to make the sale, while unhelpful and lack the same enthusiasm to reverse charge off my credit card. Apparently, the person responsible to reverse the charge is on vacation!? May be just after charging my credit card!

The windows and sliding glass door we purchased from this company are very nice. They are quality windows and keep the heat in very well. These windows are terrific. The garden windows really brightened up the kitchen and it looks great. I have saved 50% on my fuel bills since installation. My new windows and sliding glass door are great! The heat mirror is very effective and has been keeping my place cool in the summertime. It is about 10-15 degrees cooler inside which makes it much more comfortable. They also keep the heat in very well in the winter time! I used to keep the thermostat at 68 degrees but now it can be kept at 65 so I am saving oil! The installation was very quick as well and only took 1 day!

We like our replacement windows from this company. They are much nicer and work better than our old windows. No drafts!! It feels warmer in the house and is comfortable. We like how they are reflective and great for privacy. We also live close to the highway and have noticed that we cant hear it as much which is great. The sales person was entertaining and we liked that you can hammer a nail in with the glass, we also thought that the tear resistant screens were very cool. The installers also did a great job.

I would not recommend this company.My experience in October 2016 was very uncomfortable. What was supposed to be a consultation meeting, ended up being a 3 hour sales pitch on why I have to buy these special windows. After repeatedly telling the salesperson I did not feel comfortable making a home improvement decision without research, he did not leave my home. Instead, he kept showing me numbers, and insisted I was making a mistake by not acting on the deal in that very moment. No one should feel like they need to call the police in order to have someone leave their own home! I regretfully caved, and purchased these special windows.I am a firm believer of trying out a product or service in-depth before writing a review. I decided to let a full years worth of seasons go by before determining whether or not the products were as special and unique as they were touted out to be. Well, now in March 2018 after two winters, spring, summer, and fall, I can tell you my utility bill did not improve over the past year and a half, at all!The only positive experience I had was with the people who actually installed the windows. Those two men were quick and did a nice job on the actual install. I give credit where its due, and the installation process itself was fine.

It was a hot day today and I am not a fan of the heat, when I got home I noticed that the house was much cooler. The heat mirror really works well. There has been a big reduction in the drafts as well. The house is warm in the winter and the products work fine. The doors that were installed are also a big improvement and look very nice. We called Peoples Products to get an estimate on replacing a sliding glass door and it was a very positive experience. First off, someone actually answered the phone, no leaving multiple messages and waiting for someone to return the call. And even though it was a small job, they were able to schedule someone (Mark) to come to the house the very next day. When Mark was running a little late we got not one but 2 calls providing a new ETA. Mark was very thorough in describing the products and answering all our questions. He was very pleasant and was open to working with us on cost. Ultimately we ended up delaying our project due to unrelated reasons, but the way the estimate is conducted usually sets the tone for the whole job.

We are in the process of getting our house and the garage, pretty much a complete make over. The House was built in 1953 and the garage was built somewhere or about fifteen years later. The house and garage were in need of upgrading.I contacted Home Advisor, and two days later Peoples Products called and asked me what I would liked to have done. They said they would like to talk to me. Mike Herbst showed up with a sample of Satellite vinyl siding and the HR 40 windows with memory screens, that Peoples Products would install. I personally had not seen Satellite vinyl siding before or the HR40 windows. The windows and siding will allow us a big savings on energy.The projects we had done are the gutters, down spouts, sidings both house and garage, windows both house and garage, fascia boards drilled for additional ventilation in attic. Living room window was replaced with a beautiful bay window with the same HR40 glass. The doors replaced both outside storms inside passage doors with deadbolts locks, Shutters on all windows both house and garage. Three vinyl junction blocks for outside lights for the house and the garage.We have received many compliments on our beautiful front door. I have been in touch with the personnel Patty and Mark almost daily checking to see how things are going. Peoples Products will do the job for a fair price in a timely manner.They were more than happy to answer all my questions or concerns as the job was being done. My experience is based on my inquiry for a quote, and nothing else. Called on 10/12 to schedule a window quote. Was told on the phone that because its a rental property the person on the phone with me would have to check with a supervisor and get back to me. On 10/19 I followed up and spoke with Bob. Bob stated there were no notes on my call, and that its unlikely anything was done. Said he would speak with a supervisor and get back to me. Sorry, but a week is more than enough time to chat with a supervisor, or at the very least provide an update.

We had most of the windows in our house replaced with this company. They have worked very well so far and are very convenient for cleaning. They live up to the expectation from the salesman. Overall they were a very good investment and we have seen some savings in our electricity bill. The salesman was very knowledgable and personable. I purchased 14 double-hung windows, front door, storm door and shutters. The trim package covering previous window trim ties it all together and was the most important part of the work. In order to install aluminum trim over old wood brick molding, all wood was checked and replaced where necessary. Leon, our installer, demonstrated great skill and patience doing this thoroughly. Patching wood trim was the most time-consuming part of the job, but showed his excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. The front door is fiberglass and beautiful. Amazing how much difference having light coming into the hall makes. Closes easily. Hardware is excellent quality, locks easily. Storm door is lovely and better quality than any Ive had or even seen before. Its an antique red, not just white, and ties together the color scheme with shutters and trim. The trim around the door shows it off well and was well done. The door is wood-grained both inside and out. They replaced inside trim around the door. New trim was stained at factory to match door. Very good job. Enhances new door. Outside aluminum around doors also highlights doors. Five people complimented the doors in the first 24 hours! To do a complete job, they also covered trim on other doors not replaced. The entire house has an updated look. I notice the temperature control with the new windows already and they are quieter, as well as the quality overall and ease of use. Leon even came up with pieces to snap into my windows with window AC units to keep the windows tight, eliminating the need for brackets below. He is very handy, but the most pleasant part of working with him is he is VERY polite, a rarity these days. They cleaned up well every day. It took three days to complete and I am happier with the job than I could have expected. My house is tighter than its ever been. Peoples Products did an excellent job!

Mario the installer was great. They had almost all 14 windows installed in one day. They only needed an additional half day. I have an old home so they ran into some structural issues. I have now had the windows for 3 months and feel the difference everyday. I do not need my A.C. on nearly as often or as high. They also look great on my home. They worked with my fiancés to help make this possible for my tight budget. With a family of 7, that can be challenging. I recommend this company for windows, for their service and keeping of promises. When you need to depend on a company to do the right thing, you can with them.

The installers were incredible, they were great with the kids and the dog and they got the job done even with the impending snow storm.oue salesman Mark was amazing, he really knew his stuff and was able to help us choose the correct options and with financing. We will defiantly be using peoples products again in the future and we encourage our friends to do the same.

We had a roof put on and the young men were very polite and cleaned up after themselves every day so there was never a mess lying around after each day. and we had a small problem around the wood stove pipe with a leak when they put the shingles on and they quickly took care of it. Customer service was always pleasant when I called.

We needed new Glass Door and had contacted Anderson and People Products for quotes of the replacement. People Products came in slightly lower than Anderson and Mark, the Sales Manager, gave us several reasons why People Products were superior to Anderson. The doors were ordered and came in earlier than anticipated. Patty, the Director of Project Management, arranged the date of install and Leon, the installer, arrived during the interval quoted. Leon went right to work and his attention to detail was very impressive. You’d think it was his house he was working on. Ordinarily the doors would have been installed in a day, but some confusion on trim delayed the completion. The doors appear to be very good quality and their locking system is much better than the doors they replaced. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact People Products in the future for any of the products they sell.

Peoples Products did a Great Job on our roof. The job was completed quickly and professionally and looks amazing. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for Home Improvements!
