Recently I brought in 150 packages that needed to be shipped. The Newington, CT FedEx was amazing. They met me at my car, helped me unload all the packages, and let me go on my way while they worked to get them out. I was in and out of the store within 15-minutes. They went above and beyond and fixed any zip code errors, as well as emailed me tracking information. I had to mail a few packages to PO Boxes using USPS, and it was a few dollars cheaper but the customer service was no where near FedEx. The hours I saved using FedEx justified any price difference.

I also could not be more satisfied with the service here. The manager, Jason, is extremely helpful. He has twice called me directly to make sure the details of my orders were correct. Most recently he called to make sure I did not want any type of binding since my last two orders did involve it. I was quite impressed with that personal touch.

Seems to be a theme at these stores not to know..what things cost, how much they are, or what they havetoo direct them to the website to get that info. Two different stors so far.

If I could give half a star for these non delivery ppl, I would. These ppl delivered my roof racks to the wrong house! I recd notification that it was delivered at my front door and it wasnt.

The staff here is friendly and helpful. They really know their stuff. They work quickly and dont seem to get flustered by difficult shipping tasks or rude customers. They often multitask when lines get big but manage to do it in a way that doesnt seem to be rushing or rude.

Very disappointed. The clerk was telling the gentleman before me he could not help him locate his lost package and for him to put in a claim with FEDEX. Totally got the feeling it was closing time when I walked in even though it was 7pm and the store closes at 9:00. Rude and unhelpful clerk. Offered no explanations as to pricing. Needed a small box mailed 2day and was quoted over a hundred dollars. Mailed this morning US postal service priory mail and cost 10 bucks. My issue is with the clerks lack of customer service more than the over priced shipping quotes. As I walked out I was looking around for a hidden camera as it did not even seem like a real experience.

If the employee Joey (I think his name, tall with glasses). RUN THE OTHER WAY. first HE messed up when he put our address for our package into the system. Then said we couldnt fix it unless we wanted to pay to fix it. The other worker (a female who clearly knew what she was talking about) said that we could get instantly refunded and send the package again. He then told us we couldnt ( keep in mind he seemed new and didnt know how to do anything) even the FedEx hotline told us it was free to fix the address and it wouldnt be a problem. He then gave us our package back and said it would take maybe 24 hours for a refund but that it was all up to corporate if we got a refund. And that he couldnt cancel the order then RESEND the package with the right address because of their system which makes ZERO sense. All whilr he was the most rude person Ive ever dealt with when hes the one who messed up everything. Then 4 days go by and we never received a refund we call the FedEx hotline and they tell us that he messed up AGAIN and never ever did anything for us to get our refund. This guy shouldnt be in this line of work. He messed everything up. We had to go back to FedEx office 3x for this. And this guy was beyond rude when all we wanted was our package sent out. Avoid this employee at all costs

Very nice FedEx store. Never a long wait and the staff are very helpful in general.

When they have sales I do stop in. I used there shipping several times never had any issues. The staff is always helpful and pleasant.
