Chip is the best! He went above and beyond helping my son and his fiancee find a house. He also understood exactly what they were looking for and showed them houses that fit their style and budget. He was there to guide them every step of the way and was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the process including financing, the inspection and negotiations. We are most grateful . Stay far away. I moved to CT in 2014. Started with Debbie Terranova and was left with a house full of broken appliances and an FHA loan that I could barely afford in a neighborhood with one of the worst resales in the state - I was so uninformed, and she masqueraded as informed through the process. When I needed to move out of CT in 2016, she was unable to sell my home and then left Century 21 with no explanation. I was handed Debbie Scorzato who also failed to sell my home and then once I was out of state pushed me into a rental agreement with a property manager who is also affiliated with this Century 21, Greg Polk, with the assurance that they would continue to help to take care of my property. Greg mismanaged my property for 9 months with extremely poor communication before dropping me as a client with the explanation that his property management company was going out of business. When I went to check on the house and to hire a new property manager, I found the house overgrown, dirty, damaged, and reeking of drugs. These are the types of people you are dealing with here. I was so naive and in a really bad spot, and I was taken advantage of and pushed aside. They are looking to make a buck off of you and will not have your best interests in mind. I have since found reputable and reliable property management and real estate brokers in the area that put these people to shame.

Chip and the rest of the staff over at Century 21 Stamm Eddy are just excellent. There really is nothing more that they can possibly do to improve. Theyre outstanding.
