The online booking was easy and straight forward. Also the people who worked there were very kind and friendly. After receiving my level 3 interior and exterior detailing I was happy with the results.

I got my car detailed, Level 3, last week and it still smells clean. The attention to detail was amazing. I was honestly surprised that it was going to take 8 hours when I dropped it off. However it was worth the wait. Ive owned my car for 2 years and I swear its the cleanest its ever been. The costomer service was amazing and I will be going back. My only issue was Google maps not knowing exactly where they were but I submitted a correction and hopefully it changes soon.

Amazing experience! We will definitely go back. We park our 2 Sonatas under a pine tree and have months worth of heavy sap build-up on our cars. DWNSHFTco helped us pick the level that suited our cars the best. They did not try to bump us up to a higher level for more money and were fantastic at being upfront and honest. We went with a level 1 exterior with a clay bar for both cars and a level 1 interior cleaning for both cars as well. Charisse even stayed an extra hour past closing time to make sure our second car was completed and sparkled. We cannot thank Charisse and everyone there for all their hard work and amazing work. Our cars look AMAZING!

2nd time I came here for service. Dan & Cherisse(pardon me if I spelled it wrong) answered all my questions, Cherisse even picked me up since I didn’t have a ride back to my car! I was excited to see my car looking pretty with the ceramic coating! It’s not easy leaving your car- mine is my baby! I did end up calling twice to ask “how’s it going”, didn’t seem to bother them they were very understanding and took care of all my needs ! Dwnshftco is very affordable check them out before any other shop!!! They don’t disappoint! Thank you Team.

Such an awesome experience! I purchased and level 3 detail and I am super pleased with everything. Super friendly staff and awesome customer service. The car I brought in was super dirty and in bad condition, however; they were able to clean it with some much care and they made it look brand new. I requested for three car stickers/decals to be taken off and they did so atf no extra charge. You definitely can’t get that kind of work and generosity at anywhere else. I definitely would recommend!

I brought my car here for a complete interior & exterior detailing. They did a wonderful job! I have two dogs and my car was full of dog hair and muddy paw prints. My leather seats now look brand new and there wasnt a single strand of dog hair left in my vehicle.Not only did they accommodate my schedule but they also offered me transportation services so that I could leave my car with them for the day, talk about great customer service. New Britain location was a little hard to find. I was also unaware that was where my appointment was, I thought I was making it in plainville when I called. Zee cleaned my car and it came out amazing!! I’m so happy with the results, I will definitely be going back next time it’s needed and referring friends!

Brought our old Subaru in for detailing. First time getting a car detailed. Danny and Z and the other guys were all super nice and professional. They did a GREAT job on the car. An unbelievable job! The car was pretty dirty as we have had it for 10 years and never did more than a basic vacuum and drive-through wash. Absolutely blown away by the quality of the results. I didnt know the car still had a shin hiding under the dirt and dust. It is literally like a mirror. The exterior actually feels slippery like a teflon pan when dry. Fabric interior was shampooed and steam cleaned. Even the cup holders filled with years of minor spillage and dirt are perfectly cleaned. Engine bay and mats were also cleaned to a shin. I saw them finishing up the job with little headlamps to see close up details and they really bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with the result as we watched them finish up.One thing worth noting though. There were several imperfections in the paint and interior which were obscured by the years of surface dirt. After the thorough cleaning, these imperfections became much more obvious. So if you bring them an old car, set your expectations appropriately. It will look like new with a few minor spots. A thorough wash/wax will not fix deep scratches, dents and other things. I was expecting the serious dents and scratches to be more obvious after the detailing, but they did SUCH a good job with the wax job that it now looks like new...new...new...new...DENT...new...new...SCRATCH...new...new.First time detailing a car. I will be doing this once a year now. It really brought our old car back to life. Like a new car inside and out, without the new car payments.

This review is coming from a car enthusiast who is meticulous about how his car looks aesthetically and these guys did a phenomenal job! I keep my cars clean year round and I take care of them like no other. The 2010 vehicle I brought in was definitely seeing it’s age. No matter how hard I washed, clay, polish etc the paint was not up to my standard. Years of wash resulted in swirls and paint damage(it’s inevitable). I walked into dwnshftco today and my car shined like it came off the lot, and this was while the car was still in the bay without any sunlight. My first reaction was “DAYYUM!” When Z brought the car out into the sunlight, I brokeded*(lol) my neck. I’m telling anyone reading this right now that for the price of what these guys are offering, no one can beat it. They know what they’re doing. A group of young car enthusiasts helping the community bring their cars back to life!

Terrible establishment, will rip u off for money. Cheap products, that’s why the service is “somewhat cheap” don’t care about the customer and extremely rude, will never ever recommend this place to another person, save ur money and go to a professional place. Seems like they just got started and don’t have the proper staff or material to even provide customers for car care.
