I stopped in on Wednesday afternoon with a radiator issue and to schedule an appointment. They took my jeep in on the following morning. I got a call by 10am with a diagnosis, and was repaired and on the road again by mid-afternoon. Very quick, very accommodating, and a very reasonably priced. Ill definitely be back to Auto Specialties when the need arises.

The guys at auto specialties are true professionals and are very good at what they do. Brought my 20 year old Jeep in to get multiple things done and the owner, Mark, was very up front and honest. They are also very reasonably priced. I’ll be bringing my Jeep in to them for all the upgrades and modifications I have planned and wouldn’t waste my money going to anyone else.

This shop genuinely cares about your wellbeing and the job at hand. I was getting ready to drive my car all the way to Florida. The dealership I regularly visit told me I had to pay at least $1,500 to get a vaccum pump replaced because it was leaking. I took my car to Auto Specialties and after an hour they told me I had no leak and saved me a ton of money. They didnt even charge me any diagnostic fees for checking for the leak. This shop goes above and beyond, they are well worth your time! Thanks again guys❤

Auto Specialties was recommended to me by a friend who had been using them for many years. Every experience I had with them was positive. I felt they were very honest. They did not perform any unnecessary work on my car. They would usually see me the same day and fix whatever was wrong. I felt their pricing was also very fair. I have recently purchased a new car, so have not been to see them for a while, but will take car back to them when necessary. Highly recommend.

I was referred to this place by another mechanic and I am very happy I brought my car here. I had several different codes that came up and they found the problem it surely wasnt easy to detect because car ran fine but had intermittent issues. Very clean and good pricing. Autospecialties has been in business for over 25 years, the owner Mark runs the business and works on most of the cars himself. Its true he wont give you a price over the phone, but he does good quality work and he cares about his customers, and its one of the cleanest shops Ive been to. The only problem is he does not work on European cars. Deff would recommend checking them out if you live in the area.

I just left Auto specialties.This was my first visit.A well meaning friend of mine ruined my oil pan drain plug while trying to change the oil on my Subaru.I called around and many of the other auto repair/oil change places would not touch it and one told me that I would probably have to leave my car with them and have the whole oil pan replaced for big $$.The gentlemen at Auto Specialties first took the time to look at my problem before suggesting drastic measures. They were able to remove the damaged plug (which had been replaced with the wrong one sometime during a previous oil change) and installed a new plug.I am so grateful to have found an honest and professional auto repair garage.I have learned a valuable lesson not to go to those “quick oil change” places.I will definitely bring my car back to them for future oil changes and repairs.They are conviently located off the Berlin Turnpike in Newington.Thank you very much!

Great place to get repairs done!

Dont go here! this guy is the worst crook you will ever meet. He has tried to charge me $1000.00 for a $170.00 job. I needed a sensor changed in my AUDI. I have brought it to 6 other mechanics to get a estimate for the same job and, NONE of them went above $170.00. So please do more research before bringing your car here.
