We had an opportunity to use Astral limousine services. I don’t usually write reviews, but this time I would like to share our experience we had using their services. We needed to book a transport service last minute. We called the company and we liked the fact that they were able to provide an suv for our trip. They sent us a Cadillac Escalade, which we were not expecting. The person on the phone when we were booking the trip was very professional, polite and made the booking hustle free. Their rates are very competitive, but that’s not what impressed us. Their driver Beck was exceptional, he showed up 20 min earlier to make sure if needed to leave earlier. I use the transport companies a lot, and we were impressed how clean their car was, the driver opened the doors for us, they had Fiji water which was nice. Beck is a one of a kind driver, he was polite, made sure the temperature in the car was up to our preference. We were impressed how the driver was very well grounded, his appearance was very professional with a suit and a tie. He was very well groomed, intelligent, funny and the list goes on. We felt very safe knowing he was a seasoned driver who took his job professionally. He made the experience so pleasant and we decided to leave a good feedback. Thank you very much.
