Best UPS store Ive been to. Customer service is 2nd to none. I have been there multiple times and everyone is friendly, professional and long lines dont stay long because they move it along quickly.

I really like this UPS store. Wonderful staff, especially May. Always helpful getting your mail/package sent the most economical price. Also great at getting your passport picture taken.

I love this UPS Store. Ive had a business mailbox there for several years and the staff is so accommodating and helpful. Great example of excellent customer service.

Drop off all packages, prepaid, labelled or buy postage there. Theyve got everything needed to mail your item. Print, fax, buy birthday cards, etc. Employees are courteous and kind. Store hours are more convenient than the post office and they dont mind taking your package, box or letter when the post office is closed. So happy theyre there!

Majority of time they are friendly and very helpful. Sometime some of the staff seems indifferent in helping customers, which is a bummer. Never enough to keep me away since it is convenient to use this location. They have helped me select and or package my items.

Got the job done - However poor service - representative May was very unclear on instructions, and visually upset with the fax machine.

The first employee was very rude and wasn’t helpful at all, so I went in again and the second employee was a lot more helpful and kind to customers.

Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable in everything I needed done. Quick and easy, in and out. I will be using this UPS store in the future for my shipping needs.

UPS sent me a shipping label I was not able to print off my label before coming in so they charged me $1 for one sheet of paper to print. What a rip off. If youre going to use them make sure you have your labels. Otherwise arrange for a UPS pickup and they wont charge you anything to print off your label.

No lines but not impressed with the service. Pre-Paid for shipping but they want extra fees for minimal supplies. Other ups stores provide this as a courtesy

Staff is awesome and helpful. Just good people.

I was just assaulted verbally and physically by store employee may. The owner of the store was in the store and scurried off to the back. I had to holler for him to come back up and to give me his business card. I will be reporting this to corporate.
