Excellent service, every time..
Convenient. Although there is always a ton of pet hair in the washers. Im an animal lover but can you designate certain washers for pet blankets and beds
Amazing place, the attendants are very respectful and helpful. There wash, dry, fold service is very good and inexpensive. The clothes come out perfectly. My family has been going here for 2 years now and never have had a problem!
It is a nice little pls e to do laundry. They have somer machines that one can use a credit card with instead of quarters. It is not far from downtown Newburyport and the shops and restaurants.
Best days to go are when Rhonda or Lizzie are working. Both are very personable and friendly. Never a problem when either of them are working.
I took a pile of shirts here for wash and press and returned about a week later on the day they said the shirts would be ready but there was confusion about where my shirts were. They appeared to have a manual system for sending orders out where they just wrote some details in a notebook. After some digging around and plenty of head scratching they suggested I just come back a day later and hopefully the shirts might be in by then but they could not tell for sure if or when they had even been picked up in the first place. Thankfully I did get my shirts back the next day but it was still unnerving wondering if my shirts had been lost in a laundry black hole. Perhaps this place is better at the in-house wash-and-fold but I would not recommend them for work where they send the orders out.
It was a nice place but the washers and dryers seem to be showing their age.
Prices are steep. Note that prices still seem to match other laundromats in the area. Facilities are clean enough.
All of the staff members are always kind when coming in. Their wash and fold service isnt too expensive either! There is also lots of coffee shops and restaurants to visit while you wait!
A real nice reasonable place to do all your laundry needs
Would give 5 stars but credit swipes work 1 out of 5 times because network issues.
Not enough seats
