I had a thorough hearing test which was performed by Dr. Meghan Brady. New England Hearing does not participate in my insurance plan for hearing aids so I had to obtain them elsewhere. They did contact my insurance provider on my behalf which I feel was excellent customer service.

The staff is so nice and friendly, the location is easy to get to, and the hours are convenient even for those of us who work. And they will work with you no matter how many visits it takes to adjust the instruments to your satisfaction. And the receptionist Jane is always fabulous and such a pleasure to deal with!

I was considering purchasing hearing aids to help recover high frequency hearing loss, when a close friend (and patient of Digital Hearing Health Care) passed away. His wife, knowing I required hearing aids gave them to me. I took them to DHH, and Dr. Hendricks told me that, as they were less than a year old, they could be fitted to me...and...the battery plan and accessories that went with it would follow the hearing aids.
