In the very short time that I have spent at Newburyport Family Dental, all the staff have been nothing but kind and professional. Dr. Lee had figured out in 5 minutes what my two previous dentists have missed within the last year that had caused me a lot of tooth pain and dental office anxiety. The ladies at the front desk are also super welcoming and kind! I would highly recommend.

Dr. Lee is an excellent dentist and very gentle. If you have anxiety surrounding dentists, he is the perfect choice. The staff in the office are incredibly friendly as well.

My whole family goes to this practice, they deserve every star given from a patient/customer point of view. I work in the Healthcare field- specifically with Peer Review and Government agencies that develop quality of standards. Wait time is little to none. Staff and clinicians (dentist and hygienists) are polite, extremely knowledgeable and skilled. To have a practice that offers, general, preventative AND specialty services on-site is rare, add to this, equipment that is state of the art technology and you have an incredibly stellar practice.

Have been with this practice, plus my son from childhood, since the mid-1990s. Dr. Reczek was terrific, and up-to-date with new technologies. The new generation at the practice seem great, too, and hygienists like Renee from the old regime. Dr. Li just did a crown for me in about 1 1/2 hours. Good folks, excellent dental practice.

This office has been amazing to the whole family, including Eva who is 8 years old. This little girl needed a lot of work and they were awesome!!!

I have had many services at Newburyport Family Dental ranging from a cleaning to a root canal and crown. All of my experiences have been as pleasant as dental work can be. I have to give a special shout out to dental hygienist Courtney. I have wanted to be a good flosser my whole life but have failed miserably. Not only did Courtney recently give me a great dental cleaning but she somehow convinced me to floss. I am proud to say that I have flossed my teeth every single day since then. She talked about it in a logical way without judgment that just stuck with me. Bravo!

I have always had a positive experience at Newburyport Family Dental, which includes my visit today. Everyone was in PPE, my temperature was taken, and I signed a COVID -19 waiver. Masks were worn when necessary and safe distancing was practiced. Staff all friendly.

Trillium was great! I had no pain or discomfort after not having a cleaning fro almost a year. She is very efficient and a very nice person. I will rebook with her every time. Give her a raise!!

My first visit to Newburyport Family was absolutely wonderful. I was greeted very warmly by the ladies at the front desk and then brought into the spotless and charming treatment rooms. Everything is up to date and state of the art. I was treated by Dr J Lee for a new crown which was completely finished on the same day. The entire procedure was very comfortable and painless and I felt completely attended to during the entire visit.I would highly recommend this office to anyone seeking high quality dentistry with a staff that really cares about their patients

The worst experience. They attempted a root canal 3 times in one week and still had throbbing pain. Each time they went back in they kept charging me more and more. They wanted to attempt again to finish it but I declined. I went to a root canal specialist and it was fixed in minutes. Since they had already charged my insurance company and maxed out my limits when they started the root Canal I had to pay again at the new dentist for the root canal to be redone . My wife called to get refunded and the woman at the desk was rude and argued not letting her talk. I called and she taunted me laughed, muted me and hung up on me. I called twice requesting to talk with the dr. Since I was getting no where and I never received a call back. They did however keep sending me a bill....kept tacking on late fees and interest. I paid bill in full and took my entire family to a new dentist. Im very disappointed in everything that transpired. They should have handled this differently.

So glad to get back for a cleaning. Really appreciate the personal and professional care of the staff, every time! Many thanks!

The staff at the front desk assured me Dr Ravens would see me immediately although not a patient of the practice. What started as painful and personally embarrassing quickly turned to pain management and a plan to take care of my teeth, with no judgment for my lack of dental care. Buy January Dr. Ravens had me completely back on track and Ive enjoyed my pain free teeth ever since. Theresa in the office was great with my regular visit and cleaning - great staff.

I work an hour from home and broke a tooth at lunch Friday. Called my now former dentist and they said there was nothing they could do because they closed at 2p. I explained that the tooth needed to fixed sooner than Monday because the jagged edge kept cutting my tongue but they still didnt help. I googled dentists in the area and Newburyport Family Dental popped up. A very pleasant woman answered the phone and I explained the situation. Without hesitation she said to get there as soon as I could and they would fix the tooth for me. The very friendly and personable Dr Chiou stayed late and fixed the tooth. All our dental needs will now go to Newburyport Family Dental!

I have seen Dr. Reczek as my dentist since I was a child. He has become a trusted part of my familys health team and has been a friend to myself and my parents for many years. Within the last few years, Dr. Chiou has taken over as my dentist. Dr. Chiou is an excellent doctor who is enjoyable to see for appointments.
