My wife and I have worked with many contractors over no less than 20 years of real estate investing, rehab and general property improvement. Most recently, we renovated the entire front facade of a small cottage on Plum Island. Mike built a very sturdy deck off the back of the house with a curved front and a concealed bulkhead with an easy to lift hydraulic opener . Excellent work and a hard working crew.

Mike ORourke and his crew are EXCELLENT. They are skilled, responsive, punctual and professional. They installed a Versalift to lift things up into our loft, and they did a terrific job, even though it was their first time to install one. They took great care to make sure the job was done properly. Mike was always courteous and always kept us in the loop about the status of the project. He even came RIGHT AWAY to help me move the Versalift equipment when a flash flood in my garage came and could have ruined it. I would HIGHLY recommend Nobleport Construction and will certainly contact them for any future projects.

I would not recommend Nobleport Constructions as I had a negative experience with the owner. A contract was written and mutually signed based on phases of completion of a multi-scoped project. I had to continuously reference the signed contract payment schedule to him. Money was frequently requested, before completion of the contract milestones. A final payment (15%) was due upon the COMPLETION of the first phase of the project, and because I would not make final payment until that phase was completed, he abruptly left the project without finishing.Nobleport Construction is not professional and exhibited poor attendance towards the end of the first phase of work. He was quick to ask for money, however, did not have the professionalism to complete the job.Unfortunately, some of the quality of the work was less than satisfactory and had to be re-done.The owner did not follow the contractual obligations, and the agreed upon project schedule was not met.

NoblePort Construction was hired to do a complete bathroom renovation. The results were better than I had expected, from demolition to finish paint the crew was amazing, respectful and very tidy. I was more than happy with the outcome, its the showpiece of my home. Would recommend without hesitation.
