My mom who is older in years doesnt use her car very often and drives only very local. She tried to move her car today. From the desc. she gave my husband thought it may be her brake line. I called Ricks auto since he is very close to where she lives. And usually shops require towing to their shop but asked because of the circumstances if they could stop by to check. They did not have to but they stopped by and did a quick house call to confirm if there was an issue. Thankfully nothing was really wrong but am extremely appreciative that they took the time and effort for my mom.Thank You Ricks Automotive!

I went in for brakes and my inspection. He took it upon himself to also change my oil (that was changed less than a month ago) and charge me 80$. Then changed my filters, something I didn’t ask for, and charge me 54$ It was extremely annoying that he couldn’t call and ask if I wanted that stuff. I didn’t need my oil change. My car tells you it’s down from 100% to 80%. I was beyond okay and my filters were fine

Brought my 56 year old Buick here for some work. Not only did Rick take care of everything each step of the way as more problems were discovered, he worked with me to be sure I didnt overpay on parts. Classic vehicles can get costly when parts are no longer readily available. Rick allowed (and suggested) I source the parts to keep costs down. I bought everything he told me I needed and I had them shipped directly to their shop. Excellent all around. And cheaper than expected! Definitely disagree with the poster who said they are against do it yourselfers.

Jose and Brad are Jackasses. If you want a car inspection go to Valvoline! These are serious car mechanics that do a good and fair job. It is hard to find that, a good mechanic that is not out to rip you off. Me, my family and friends have been there many times. One job required a $700 manifold replacement plus labor. But they said let try this first. They fixed it up and charged me $120. It last for the next 5 years and I sold that truck, could still be running today. Good luck finding a better, fairer automotive shop.

I wouldnt trust my vehicles with any one else. Once used 3 AAA cards to get my car home from Vermont for a diagnosis from them, and only them. They will not sell you something you dont need
