Kevin is fun and sassy! His attention to detail is impeccable! My sister in law and I have been coming to him the last two times and will continue on coming back. He has been doing nails for decades and the difference makes all the difference! Highly recommend getting your nails done here! He also does a good job at keeping the place clean and COVID precautions.

I scheduled and appointment for my mom and I a Pedicure foe Mother’s Day. I spoke to a gentleman who confirmed the appointment time and location to make sure I knew which location to go to. When my mom and I arrived we approached the business and found a front door that had been boarded up. Not a good first impression. Then when we walked in we greeted them with “good morning” we have an appointment at 11. We gave them our name and the gentleman proceeded to tell me that I called and canceled and my spot was filled already. I told him that I never called and canceled and he must be mistaken. He continued to say the same thing and tried to show me the cancellation on his appointment book. Again I told him that it wasn’t me who canceled. He never apologized so I said “Fine, I’ll go somewhere else” and I walked out. It was very unprofessional and rude. I won’t ever go back there again.

I scheduled an appointment with Kevin and as he was working on someone else, I get there and he cancels on me saying he has to fix his door. Why he couldnt fix his door on all the others he did that day, I dont know. This was an important appointment too. I understand fixing his door, but this was the 2nd time he canceled on me. Im done!! So, if anyone knows of a more professional nail person, Please pass on their information. Thank You!!

Kevin is amazing! I’ve been getting my nails done for 40 years( off and on) Different salons due to moving a lot. I made an appt because I am house sitting in Newberg. He showed me where my nails have been filled very badly and went on to repair and fill mine to absolute perfection! I think I lost sight of the fact that I was settling and not demanding good nail service. I live in Keizer, but will come to Newberg every 3 weeks to have him do my nails from now on. He’s a nail legend🙌🏻

Honestly I feel bad leaving a bad review because I know Kevin has been working by himself and so swamped- but I made an appointment. Not only did he overcharge me for what others pay and is listed on his price sheet- he also forced me to get gel because it will last longer despite not wanting it and then it peeled badly after only three days . I ended up with like four peeling nails after a week so I had to soak them myself due to ice storm to get the remaining gel off. It’s only been less than two weeks and my nails are the worst I’ve ever had. He was also very rude to me. His CC machine broke and he acted like it was my card until he ran his own card for a dollar and realized machine didn’t work. I then had to run and pull cash for him and bring it back. Won’t go back here again. Others seem to like him, so maybe it was a bad day, but I’m super annoyed w the whole time experience

This salon is small and so relaxing. All of the employees communicate really well and go far out of their way to make their customers feel like friends. There isnt the echoing noise and constant activity of those large salons, nor is there a constant conversation between employees while patrons wonder who they are discussing. Between us we had a shellac manicure, an acrylic manicure, a basic pedicure and a deluxe pedicure. All were just great. We will be back, without a doubt.

I have been going here since I was in high school and I wont go anywhere else. Kevin and the staff do the best job and are very friendly. They try very hard not only to give you great service but also a very welcoming feel. They continue to greet me by first name and remember things about me in the past and check up on them. I always look forward to getting my nails and toes done, highly recommend.

This is only the second time Ive had a pedicure and I will be back!! Huy(pronounced We) was friendly and fun and did a great job on my tootsies!! I recommend him highly. Clean place and cool chairs with massage. Thanks Huy and see you soon, with my husband 😂

Great place!I took my wife to get her eyelashes done & the lady who did them was truly incredible, she did one of the best lash jobs Id ever seen in my life! lol she was also nice enough to allow me to wait not in the room but in the super luxurious massage chairs!! It was amazing, I got to enjoy a relaxing massage while waiting for my wife to get her lashes finished.

They are so nice and clean. my favorite salon so far. definitely will go again!

Rushed my nails. Left me sitting with unfinished nails to help another customer for 15 minutes. Bad opaque paint job, and after a week a nail is already lifting. This is the second time Ive gone to this place, both times Ive been disappointed.Update: now a nail has fallen off and 4 more nails are lifting. I got them done on november 27th, it is now the 7th of December. Waste of money, and a waste of time. Go to Sherwood or Mcminnville to get your nails done instead.

Kevin, Judy and the staff are just lovely and easy to appreciate. Always fast and convenient, but best to call ahead for an appointment if you dont wish to wait. I get the schlack manicure regularly and am pleased every time.

This is the most punctual nail place in town - I started going to this one because the other I was going to was generally 20-30 minutes late for appointments. If they dont have the time available, they tell you. I like that they dont try to upsell, but I do wish they had upgrade options. Also wish they had wine 😁

Ive never done a review in my life, but when it comes down to this salon I just had to. Super bad customer service. Worst nail salon Ive ever been to. I tried this nail salon a couple months ago and got a full set.. my nails were all crooked and when I asked the nail lady to fix it she was very upset. my recent visit ended up with me having to leave after wasting almost an hour for just a polish change. The lady did not file nor trimmed my nails and polished them a different color than what I had asked... she proceed to do 3 coats of the polish and my nails literally looked like they were balls. Worst experience ever. Did not feel welcomed at all poor attitude and waste of time! I was told that if I didnt like the work that the nail polish was going to be removed but not re-done. Not trying to backlash on someones business but the lack of customer service and attitude just made it worst. The overall work was just horrible. Good place to go to if youre really desperate and want to waste your time.

My daughter and I went to get our nails done. Kevin attended us and he was very professional. Considering it was the first time my daughter got her nails done and she was very nervous because she has short nails from biting them, he was gentle using the drill and knew exactly how short my daughter and wanted her nails. He even gave her advice on how to stop her nail biting and was straight forward about prices before he began and didnt try to upsell or anything. I appreciated this very much seeing as how most salons dont tell you until after they have finished. If you want to get your nails done this is the place to go.

Unfortunately this nail salon lacks any semblance of integrity. My wife had a basic manicure with an acrylic nail polish and it turned out horrible. Somehow, the staff put Mood polish on her nails that changes color depending on the temperature of your fingers. This color turned out splotchy and unprofessional-looking.My wife went back an hour later (due to the horrible color) to see about changing the color and the staff lied about what they put on her nails. They denied that they did this and said they will change the color for $15!!! Unbelievable.Do not give these people your money. They are totally unprofessional and provide awful customer service.

I went and got a shellac pedicure and 3 days later the polish fell off one nail. I went back in to get it fixed, they said the guy that did it originally didnt do it well enough (he didnt trimMy cuticles, it looked pretty bad!) so they removed it, cleaned the cuticle up and redid the polish on ALL of my toes!!

Ok They are so clean and friendly and I love how they always made sure I was relaxing and i love my nails so much. I dont remember the girl that did them but she is amazing. I am really impressed with them and how friendly and clean they are and there eye brow wax is amazing and doesnt hurt like some do. and the color and my nails look amazing.

John took a pair of overworked, underappreciated feet and transformed them. Hard work, but he didnt shirk from the task. Best pedigree Ive ever had, hands down. Highly recommend this spa.

I’ve been going to luxury nails ever since they opened. I live in Tualatin and I don’t mind the drive because they are just what I look in a nail salon, friendly staff, great work, reasonable prices, welcoming environment. Kevin is my nail tech and wouldn’t trade him.. he’s is simply the best and he already knows exactly what I want.

I went 3 times here first time to get my old acrylics removed and to have them put on new solar nails 2nd time a fill and pedicure .. I came back in less then Week later to fix a broken nail and also pointed out my nail was lifting and was told whoever put your new set on did it wrong.. when I told him it was them he got defensive and denied I came in and said sorry you only came in last week for the first time and that it was just for a fill .. I told him no but he was still very defensive and asked me the day and looked in his scheduling book.. I said fine because I didnt want to argue anymore even though I was right!! I went home looked up my bank recorded sure enough I was charged $41 on 5-19 for my solar set and 2nd time a fill and pedi on 6-8 .. Im very disappointed I really wanted this place to work out I just wish he would admit he was wrong ... and fix the problem and not be so defensive...

Ive been going to Kevin for 3 years now and will never go to anyone else. The building is clean and they take their time with each client.

I called and made an appointment to get my nails done. I came in 10 minutes early and ended up waiting 40 minutes. 4 days after, my Gell nail polish started to chip off. I came in the next time I could go to get them fixed, the man who did them acted nonchalant and like it was no big deal. Over all the service was crap.

Salon is under new ownership! They do a great job!

Everyone at Luxury Nails are friendly and do an amazing job.

My nail polish peeled off on the ride home. From personal experience, I dont recommend it, but you can try it if you want to.
