The last time I was seen at this clinic, I had a couple of fillings done to my back molars. It took nearly 45 mins and at least 4-5 pokes before he could start filling my cavities, because every time he would start, I could still feel everything. After that many pokes and that much time, I decided I would just tough it out and let him fill my cavities. The area just under my eye, my cheek near my ear and chin were all numb, but not inside my MOUTH. It was incredibly painful, but I wanted to get out of there asap. The worst part? The fillings started falling out in tiny pieces by the end of THAT DAY! Within a few weeks, all of the fillings had crumbled out of my mouth. Needless to say, I have not and will not come back to this dentist.Side note: Just look at their short defensive responses to bad reviews! Theyre more like, Sorry, but not sorry.

Best dentist ever! Hes gentle, and quick! He listens to me when I tell him I feel pain, tells me whats going on when he does it. I have never had such a kind and caring dentist! His staff are great too! Always polite !! Amazing! I can now smile all because of him and Im so lucky to have found him!! Thank you Dr wilde!!!

Place was small and the staff/dentist were nice. However, he cleaned my teeth for approximately 10 minutes, after confirming that I had eleven cavities. He did not suggest that I get a deep cleaning, which I thought I would need especially since I have not gotten my teeth cleaned for a couple of years and I have eleven captives. Overall, I felt like I did not receive the proper care I needed; he could have spent more time cleaning my teeth and making me feel comfortable.

Do not go here! The cleaning was poor it was about ten minutes long. He refused to do a crown unless I agreed to pay out of pocket because my insurance dose not pay him enough, even though it is covered. As for fillings when I asked about using composite he wouldnt give me an exact cost or treatment plan. Then he walked out on me while I was trying to discuss my options! I would give no stars if it was possible!

I felt like i was in a dental chop shop. Not professional at all. The teeth cleaning if you can even call it that... Didnt even floss my teeth, among many other poor services. 1 star is being nice and thats for the friendly receptionist.

All of the staff was very kind. I had three fillings done, and while theyre fine, the needles used were large and seemingly outdated. I didnt feel very listened to, and had to be renumbed three or four times. While he was nice and semi-gentle, it was a pretty nerve racking experience.

Overall pleasant experience. Issue with billing was resolved promptly.

I have a broken tooth, a front one. He wouldnt look at me or even sit in eyesight with me. He made an assumption based on my insurance i would not be able to afford any service besides an extraction. Not his call. I wouldnt have left a star if i could have left a review without one. This man should have no license for anything serving people. The staff is amazing and hope they can find other jobs in the near future. Oregon health plan is NOT welfare insurance you dolt. You are saying if their expectations are realistic, so what you are saying is, my insurance wont cover me having a front tooth. Guess what? That also is a lie. I urge anyone on capitol dental not to quit until you find someone to fulfil your expectations. Dont let someone ignorant ever make you feel you arent worth it. You are.
