Our carpets were in need of some serious cleaning. Our family dog had shed everywhere and we just had not been able to clean it as well as we would have liked. They came in, they vacuumed, and they shampooed. Their work was thorough and done in a timely manner. My carpets look better than when we moved in : )Thank you Water Bear!

Great service for ho.e cleanings!!

Water Bear did a decent job, but trying to pay them was a nightmare. Every time I called to try to pay them, the receptionist couldnt take my payment and said she would have the accounting dept. call me. They never did. This went on for months. Then they sent me to collections. Seriously!!! I paid the collections company immediately, since they took my payment upon my first call! I dont know how they stay in business unless they send everyone to collections. I will never use them again!

So, my wife found some standing water in the basement and called these guys. they came out in a timely manner and took care of the water. BUT through out the process we asked for some kind of estimate and told WE dont know, the office takes care of the billing!! When the job was over my basement was left in disarray and the carpet laid in waste. When I got home and saw the state of my basement I called and asked when they would return to re-stretch the carpet and put things back to order I was told that they could send a third party out to re-stretch and put things back in order for an additional charge.. Not knowing what the bill was, as it is, I stretched the carpet and reset the family room myself.. When I got the bill about 30days later I was shocked to see that they were charging me $2000.00!! How many companies can show up, take advantage of a woman in need, not give her an estimate and leave three days later and soak her for 2 grand, threaten a lean on her house and not bat an eye? PLEASE CALL SOMEONE ELSE WHO IS UPFRONT AND HONEST AT YOUR TIME OF NEED!! This is just warning for those who find themselves in need of an honest company in the face of a minor disaster...
