They have an awesome set up. Can vacuum your car & even has an extra scent part, I’ve never seen elsewhere!Their customer service is great…. But..Here’s the little negatives that put this down one star: be aware that when you use your debit card, they will put a hold of the whole amount of $10-15, and then LATER, it will be adjusted to the amount of time you used instead. This was confusing for me, and I didn’t see the fine print.They didn’t have staff at the Newberg location.Their hose was broken/ripped.Here’s the great part about their customer service:They replied right away, within a day via email when I told them my complaint.They offered to refund my money for the misunderstanding of my transaction and the time I was billed while using a deficient hose. They were very nice in their email and I love when I get great customer service!Will definitely use again, it did a great job getting out my dog hair and had great suction with the hoses!Would recommend!!

I would not recommend this location the employees and owner take absolutely no responsibility for their unprofessional behavior verbally attacking their customers using profanity and being aggressive is how they handle situations. Instead of speaking to their customers in a respectful manner they get firmly abusive and aggressive and then proceed to try to tell you are not allowed on their property turning off machines while you are using them instead of letting you professionally and respectfully know that their machines are down they will attack you verbally I would be careful at this location

I paid $12 for the $6 car wash. There was a line of several cars, mine included. I paid and he sent me thru the same car wash preset as the car ahead of me. Stole my $12 without doing any of the $12 add ons. Honestly a smart business man, give $6 to the register, keep the $6 for yourself. What a rip off. Should have just let my 7 year old take the hose to it like he wanted to.

I put my truck through one of the brushless bays and the machine applied soap on one pass then the machine returned to the HOME position and stopped. I took my soaped-up truck to the second brushless bay, and that machine failed to rinse all the soap off of that wash cycle. So I took my truck to the regular wash bays to rinse the soap off manually. I called the number on the receipt and left a message. A representative from Easy 2 Wash actually called me back and after I explained what happened, the representative told me the charges posted to my debit card will be voided. Although I was more than disappointed with the performance of the system/equipment in the brushless bays, I was pleased with the returned call and the proposed resolution. Its good to know that if their equipment experiences unsatisfactory results, at least they return your call and listen to your issue to hopefully reach an amicable solution. For that I gave four stars.

Pretty tight squeeze for a half-ton truck, didnt do a great job of getting it clean, even selecting the $15 premium wash, might be fine for smaller vehicles, but I dont recommend for pickups.

This place and the employees are thiefs beware I won a storage auction of theres when I got there it look totally different then the pics at auction right off the get could see at least 10 things missing I did get my money back the guy wasnt leaving there tell I did then another guy pulls up and wants to open it up for us he also has a key from management down thiefs I would store a dam thing there and if you have just know its been gone thru

Hit and miss on the payment system seems they work in their card readers a lot. The wash seems to be improved and the do it yourself is a never fail sytem that works a lot better than most

Came back from the beach and car was dirty as hell. Used this place and was very happy. It got my 2020 Honda CR-V squeaky clean!!Would definitely use again.. Very satisfied!!!

Doesnt rinse well at all.Had lots of soap on my car.Plus the air dryer doesnt even dry off the car, it was still coverd in soapy water.Do not recommend.

SO MUCH SOAP! I now understand why the automatic wash is right next to the self-serve wash.When youre done paying for $11-$15 for your automatic touchless wash, you have to pull into the next bay for another $2 to rinse all the soap left on your paint.

It was easy to use and just barely fit our truck. We had to tuck the mirrors in. But it blasted the mud off fairly well.

As far as i know its the only touchless car wash around newberg. Does a wonderful job without the fine scratches left by traditional car washes with brushes . I highly recomend giving it a try, especially if you drive a black car .

My first choice in Newberg (because its brushless) but Kaady in King City is a better value/quality wash.

Car came out great. They actually have an attendant that pre scrubs your car with soap before you go into the car wash.

Using the manual car wash, required $3 to start and then there was no actual soap in either the pre wash or hi pressure wash.Kind of required to clean the car.

This is my go 2 spot not only is it a wonderful touchless wash but the owner is around often and a super nice guy. An awesome community feeling, highly recommend.

Left soap ALL over the car. Does not rinse well. Also noticed “brush” swirls from the spray nozzles. Our car would have looked better dirty. DO NOT waste your money!

This used to be my go-to carwash, but the past two times have left my car not looking very clean and they increased the prices. It used to be $6 for a quick wash that included the under panel wash as you drove in. The price is now $8 with no under panel wash. Also, the spot free rinse left spots all over my black car. It looked horrible and I paid more!

Go to the Chevron next door. Stole my money and wouldnt refund. Felt stupid for paying after watching the truck in front of me get told to leave while it was still covered in soap. Both touch free lanes were broken

My car wasnt clean or dry when the process was over. There was also soap still running out of the seams of the car body. Dont waste your time or money on this dump.

Kinda pricey, but easy to wash on your own. Plenty of options. Make sure to wash off the soapy brush before you use it if you dont want to spread dirt all over!

Their automatic machines are a monstrosity, theyre horribly maintained I would know how they are supposed to work because I work at a car wash in Washington that uses the same machines and these are absolutely terrible dont waste your money here.

This place has no clear contact number in case theres a problem. Ive been here multiple times where Ive put money in the machine & it has not worked. Im starting to think they do this on purpose.

Absolutely love it!! Its the BEST drive thru carwash in the Newberg area! Not ONLY does the drive thru clean your car really well, they have a service worker who scrubs certain areas of your car with a scrub brush lol its definitely worth a shot if your in NEED of a clean car..I highly recommend it

On my first visit to their Newberg location the self serve machine jammed taking all my money. I wasnt able to get any back. I have contact the owners three to request a refund or a voucher for a free wash to no avail. My text has gone unanswered and the email bounced back. The phone voicemail says the mailbox isnt accepting messages. I would gladly patronize this business with our office fleet of vehicle as they have to be washed daily because of the line of work we are in, but I wont use either location of this company again. They cant be bothered with customer requests.

Out of wax. Called 2 phone numbers associated with the car wash, both did not work, and all I wanted was what I payed for. I reported the charge as fraudulent to my credit card company to get my money back.

Everybody but a few people gave bad reviews...hmm. For me the machine soaped it, rinsed then stpped. I paid for the works. Machine doesnt look like going to be fixed any time soon with other reviews and my experience happened last week.
