These ppl are horrible gave them 550 and its been over a year now and havent done nothing for us scam artists!!!

Made many mistakes and was completely unprofessional in correcting said mistakes or lack there of. Took business elsewhere with great success. Consumer beware.

Consumer beware. Chris completed my taxes a couple years ago and she made a mistake. I understand mistakes, however how she handled that was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was sent a letter indicating my taxes were completed incorrectly and I had several thousand dollars in fees and interest. Chris was very defensive and said she does not make mistakes that is was my fault they were filed incorrectly because I checked them over. I am not sure how her filing my papers incorrectly was my fault or how I was to know they were done incorrectly, that’s why hired her. However it happened and I had pay the back taxes. Chris offered to help fill out the paperwork so I could pay my taxes, but would not help with the $2400 fee for filing them incorrectly or the $1000 in interest that I accrued due to the fact the payment was late, from her mistake. She didn’t even offer or agree to refund the $350 she charged me to file the taxes incorrectly. She was very aggressive and rude. CONSUMER BEWARE. If there are any problem with your taxes she will leave you to deal with IRS alone, regardless of fault. I would recommend you find anyone else in the field to do your taxes, they will have more integrity.

Dont write reviews very often, but Chris deserves a good review. Ive been a client for 5 years now and shes always done the best for my tax filing needs. Always straight to the point, with a excellent customer service! My small way of saying thank you Chris! (hope you see this message)

She’s amazing. Fixed up my screwed ‘16 &’17 taxes. Advised and helped setting up our new business ( entity ) .Working together for three years now and all good. Great knowledge !

I’ve used Chris for several years now, went to her when another tax service screwed up, and she sorted out the mess. I’ve been using her ever since.She is extremely knowledgeable, explains in detail what’s happening, I file with multiple schedules so my taxes are not the easiest. Chris is straight shooter and very honest about what can & cant be done with your taxes. I know I have nothing to worry about, when it comes to my taxes.

I spoke with Chris this afternoon. I called her out of the blue. We have never met; I have to say she went completely out of her way to help me with all my questions. She was polite, patient, and mostly willing to listen to my questions thoroughly before answering me. I tried calling other tax professionals in the area and all they wanted was to set an appointment. Not Chris she was awesome, stayed on the phone for close to 20+ minutes. I didn’t have a tax accountant prior to speaking to Chris, I do now! CHRIS

Gave her our papers over a month ago. Can not reach her. Kinda worried. Was takin care of us for a few yrs. Now she is MIA
