Best Barber in Newberg! ... or anywhere Ive ever been before! Ill never go anywhere else... unless he turns into a big time movie star! Best fades Ive ever had. This is a week after the fact. And he does amazing on my hair which shows EVERY SINGLE TINY FLAW! 😆

Good haircut, good price, but the guy launched into an anti-vax covid denial speech that I didnt ask for. He did wear a mask but definitely get your shot before going here, just in case.

I called for a haircut for my 15 month old son and the gentleman I spoke to you really gave me a lot of good advice and was very professional and very kind. When he’s a bit older I will definitely be using your services!

If I could leave 0 star I would and Ill tell you why. I came in to get a typical hair cut expecting to just have only that be done. Not only did I get a haircut, but a mouthful of word vomit. He talked about himself for the full 30-45 minutes. If you want repeat business you should ask some questions to your clients.... to build a connection... right? At the end of the day I wanted a haircut, but instead received a cheap comedy show. Save your money and go to Jeff The Barber hes faster, funnier, cuts better, and will actually listen and COMMUNICATE with you like a real barber should!

This place has excellent service, the vibes are good and my head was fresh !! Definitely a five star!!

Ive been coming here for about a year now and have never had anything but a good experience. This is the only barber Id recommend to anyone looking for a quality cut for a good price. Eric is the man! Always entertaining and the two barbers are always having fun and cracking jokes with each other

Just moved from Miami and have been getting a haircut with the same barber for the last 15 yrs. I was dreading finding a new barber in the Portland area BUT Jeff came through for me.I can truly say the man has skills. Im glad I didnt try any other barbers. Love the shop, something different and refreshing from what Im used to.2 cool dudes!Dont get it confused: sometimes big things come in small packages!

Not there during open business hours. Drove from tualitan for a haircut and no one apparently works there, door locked and empty. Called the number on the door and he says his first appt is at 1pm. Its 1030. Thanks dude!

Excellent Shop!!! I moved to SW Portland over 3 years ago and have been trying to find a really good barber that does real barber cuts and beard trimming. I am no longer looking!!!! This by far has been the best shop I have found in Portland! I am now an every 3 week customer. Excellent cuts, prices, variety of services offered, and very entertaining as well! Eric is the best barber I have come across here. He is a craftsman when it comes to cutting hair. Very entertaining and nice guy. It took me a while to find him, but I am not gonna change him for somebody else.

Eric is the first person to successfully navigate my thick hair and helped me find a style I liked. Always great conversation and atmosphere.

Eric has been my barber for 8 years and always gives excellent haircuts. On top of that, he is fun to talk to and always leaves me feeling refreshed and he will go out of his way to make you happy.HOWEVER, he will not cut your hair if you are an attorney or on track to becoming one. Period.

Good barber, very entertaining shop that is full of weird stuff... This place is hidden though it is on the side of the burger place on the lower level.Seriously though Brick is a cool dude, and you should get your hair cut here even if it is to just check out his shop.

Barber: EricWill not recommend. I went in for a a beard trim with specific instructions to the barber. He did the exact opposite. It wasnt until I got home until I realized just how bad it was.

The cuts here are the best in the city, without a doubt. But Im convinced this place is cursed. Ive had google maps send me to the wrong place, Ive had my bus overheat on the way there, I even had a friend die the day of an appointment. If theres a higher power, it apparently thinks I dont deserve the superb barber-ship found here.

55 minutes of conspiracy theories and blasting 100 psi shop air to “clean” the hair off the apron and my head was not worth the $30. Of all the haircuts I’ve ever received with an accompanied straight razor neck shave, I have NEVER gotten nicked...until I came to Brick’s. Insult to injury, he rushed to get me out the door for the next customer and did a really bad job in the back.

Got my first cut from eric back in july of 16. great cut and a straight razor shave. he did such a good job, that i decided to dive in to wet shaving with a straight on my own. best shop i could have imagined finding in the portland area.
