The Water Oasis was amazing!! As a wedding filmmaker, I was able to utilize so much light in their pavilion and they have SO MANY AREAS to take gorgeous portraits of the couple! I got offered to do a walk through tour by the manager as I had some down time and she went over all of the history of the venue with me and what angles would make the perfect shot. Their expertise helped me make my couple an amazing video! And on top of that, it has such a variety of plants like palm trees, fresh flowers, ponds, trees and hedges as well as a large meadow for yard games. Loved loved loved this venue!!

We got married here end of May, 2021. We reached out in the beginning of April, another couple whos wedding was displaced due to Covid. The venue was so responsive and on top of it; Lisa Baley was amazing, and we were able to get everything planned and arranged on time and have a beautiful, stress-free wedding! It doesnt hurt that the venue is absolutely beautiful too! The guests loved it, and there were so many places we could go to get photos.

My husband and I were set to get married at The Water Oasis in May of 2020, but of course, that was unable to happen as planned. The team at TWO was extremely generous to allow us to postpone our wedding to 2021. However, as we approached our new wedding date, our plans changed due to the state restrictions. TWO staff was incredibly helpful in trying to help us figure out a new way to celebrate at their venue, however, we decided that it was best for us to change our plans completely and cancel our reservation. Our decision had absolutely nothing to do with how the staff handled the situation- they were absolutely kind, wonderful, generous, gracious, and understanding! :) I am so grateful that they were along for this crazy ride with us every step of the way. Though we did not get married at TWO, they still provided us with a wonderful, positive experience throughout the whole mess of trying to plan a wedding in 2020 and I could not recommend them enough! They will have your back, and they truly care about their couples! :)

Aptly named, this venue has all the necessities for a wedding or large gathering. Ample parking and serene landscaping make this a beautiful location over all. Definitely an oasis!

My husband and I spent weeks searching for a venue and kept being disappointed by the months it took for venues to respond and the strict rules and regulations they set. I stumbled upon The Water Oasis and am SO happy that we did. They assign you an event manager that helps make sure that your day goes perfectly. We only had two months to plan and Renae Heineck was an ANGEL and helped us make sure we didnt miss anything. They had stations set up for sanitizing and were very compliant with COVID rules. The property is stunning and has a ton of places for epic wedding portraits!

I had a great experience with the water oasis. Their venue is beautiful. They gave me a me a fair deal because of my timing with covid. Everything was set up on time, and things were great. The photography choices are endless.Only negative thing was I had to ask several times to have my rehearsal Sunday morning which was a tad frustrating (that option was in my contract I signed) vs a Thursday evening since my wedding was on a Monday. The owner was very accommodating and allowed it the first time I asked her. They also were pretty flexible with coming up with a second plan B date which I very much appreciated. The seating was spaced out well and made guests more comfortable.All over was a great venue, I highly recommend to other couples. My photographer was Alyssa McConaughey Photography ❤️

Gorgeous venue handling Covid rules with grace. It is the perfect Oregon scene with open air, covered seating that could handle just about any of Mother Nature’s moods.

The Water Oasis was the most beautiful location. Our guests could not believe how incredible this place was. The pavilion is a gorgeous location for reception, ceremony, and dancing. The arbor is a beautiful ceremony location. The landscaping and ponds are great for pictures. And the staff is so friendly and helpful. They had awesome constant communication, especially during this time of COVID-19. My husband and I would highly recommend them.

This is a stunning, well kept property. All the things needed for a great event. Except communication. They dont respond to phone or email, and when we did finally secure an appointment, they did not show up when we got there. It would have been our first choice.** Edited portion follows, since they requested it:We requested, they acknowledged, then they did not show, nor did they respond to our followup email or notes left when we were there. Management response is simply inaccurate. Good communication is critical for a large event. They arent able to do that. That was 4 weeks ago. They do respond 2 hours after a negative review. I am very glad they are busy and coping in this environment.Sorry they are overwhelmed. My husband and I planned our wedding from Colorado and I hardly ever stressed about the big day because they helped us find the perfect wedding planner and made us feel so welcomed and cared for. A fantastic and beautiful venue that made it so easy to get all sorts of beautiful photos! Get married here!!!! I cant say it enough!!

Gorgeous location for both mumwedding/reception venue. A former winery sat amongst several working wineries, romantic, rural, lushly green, with giant potted fragrant white jumbo roses. An open-air pavilion w/roof & working fireplace, option to snap in siding if event is held in cold or rainy weather. Adjacent bldg is like a cozy home w/ dressing area & full wall mirror, bathrooms, lounge area w/TV & stereo, fireplace, cell phone charging area.Large parking lot, designated smoking area, arbor platform for ceremony.The only issue was seemingly endless road that dips up & down, very steep, extremely narrow switchbacks, theres a stop sign in front of a wooden covered one-lane crossing. Its a long way back once you exit off interstate. Then, theres the drive out of there @ night, treacherous.

Helicopters went off during my ceremony when i was told repeatedly that the helicopter company next door should know my ceremony time. I had my wedding during the pandemic covid-19. Of course I booked and planned this wedding a year in advance I never saw a pandemic coming. To me the only good thing about this venue is the property and venue itself. My manager was not very professional and there was constant miscommunication. Just one of many frustrating part (along with communication) was when the lockdown happened from covid, I knew many brides who canceled their big day and recieved their full refund from other venues. This venue however would not refund you, if u canceled u wouldnt get any of ur money back plus u had to pay a $500 cancelation fee...During a pandemic! They say its because they stand by their contracts :/ these other brides had contracts too and still recieved refunds...again its a pandemic u have no control over. The only options u had was to reschedule(very unlikely i only had 2 more months left of the year) or move the date into the next year 2021 and pay 50% of the new years rates! I was stuck with my wedding date for i did not want to lose nor pay any more money. My experience with everything was very frustrating. Although I did understood in the beginning that I would potentially have to plan and do everything myself for my wedding like getting the DJ, food, bar service, even my own decorations, etc. which they provided their preferred vendors list. But lots of extra fees. They nickel and dime you for everything. You need to require day of event insurance (which the communication for that was unbelievably a nightmare) anything extra that u want as for decor cost extra draping is a couple hundred.  Truly the only thing thats included in ur payment for the venue is the property, tables and chairs. Everything els will cost extra. I thought maybe this was normal for venues? I was on a very tight budget but ended up spending way more than id like to. I was recommended other venues that would of saved me money and all the stress. Other venues that didnt nickel and dime u that would provide nearly most of what u would need like food, dj, alcohol, even decorations! I hated the fact that I was the bride trying to plan everything while also bringing in and setting up my own decor. Also I was never communicated that I had to provide my own drapes for the tables in reception!! My tables had nothing on them. I couldnt fully enjoy my own wedding day without worrying I might be doing something wrong and potentially pay a fee.Again I would only rate 5 stars for the beautiful property itself but i did not like my experience my family and I agree that we were not working with someone professional and communication was awful.

Attended a lovely wedding here recently. The space was perfectly laid out and they had a cigar lounge, a water feature with a bridge you can walk across, and plenty of covered space for dinner and dancing. There was also a special helicopter exit for the bride and groom. Not sure if that is an add on of the venue but it was certainly exciting. This location was a bit further from the lodging we stayed at but all in all a wonderful space.

This is not a trustworthy venue. Our event was canceled due to the pandemic and they did not honor their own contract. Voicemails and emails were not responded to. You would be wise to look elsewhere.

I could write a novel about how amazing this place is but Ill keep it short. With their help we had the perfect wedding, ON A RAINY DAY. Since the very beginning we felt like we were in good hands and that our coordinator genuinely cared about us having the wedding we dreamed of. Their vendor recommendations always delivered and the venue itself is just so beautiful and unique. There is so much more I want to say but just, WOW. I couldnt have asked to have our wedding at a more perfect location.

Without reservation a truly remarkable venue for a wedding, meetings, fundraisers etc.My latest visit was for my granddaughters wedding. We were on a very time constricted schedule (7 days) and two ladies, Valery and Krista went above and beyond what anyone could possibly imagine to pull off an absolutely grand wedding. I will forever be in their debt.If you are in search of a venue and location to hold your event you would be remiss in not contacting the Water Oasis.

Had the wedding of my dreams at Water Oasis! The venue is so fun and makes for a social environment that accommodates children. Renting linens, furniture and games was so easy due to the varying partnerships Water Oasis has. The day of our wedding, all tables and chairs were set up, along with all our rentals sitting under the tent. The place was clean and had easy guidelines to follow for clean up after the wedding. We also got an amazing deal for renting the place for Sept. 1st, since that is considered a Fall wedding date, and was a Friday evening. The only thing we regret is using a bar academy school instead of going off of the recommended list of bartenders.

As a photographer I have shot many weddings and styled shoots at this venue. I love all the different back drops that they xan provide for weddings and that they have a tent as a contingency plan for weather and to have your reception in. The staff is friendly and the owner is amazing. You will not be disappointed if you book the water oasis as your venue

We got married here a couple weeks ago and couldnt have picked a better venue! The Water Oasis has so much to offer with its different locations on the property that you can use for the ceremony. The meadow is where we chose to have ours and it was perfect! We received so many complements on the venue and how gorgeous it is at our wedding and we still do!Rhiannon (the owner) was an absolute dream to work with, she was there for us through the whole process.I cant rave about this beautiful place enough! Definitely check it out!

Adorable open venue with plenty of room under the tent for a large group to have seating and dance area. The water features here make pictures that much better and gives guests an area to beat the heat during mid summer events.

Really lovely, sweeping views of the countryside. Its a little remote, and the final turn into the driveway is easy to miss. Otherwise, a really great venue!

From the first point of contact to the last, working with the Water Oasis was absolutely delightful. I never expected that I would be able to have my wedding at such an incredible location. They worked with us and really made it possible to have such a beautiful wedding within our limited budget. They were warm, quick to respond to questions, and extremely flexible in making what I pictured a reality.The Savvy Sisters, were the day-of coordinators, which was not normal given that the usual coordinator was on maternity leave. There was a minor communication concern leading up to the wedding, however the day went along very smoothly! During the day they were very pleasant, helpful, and efficient. The venue was set up just as beautifully as I imaged, if not more!One tip for any venue you choose for your big day, is to make sure sure you understand your contract. You nor your help want to have any surprises the day of. They will take the time to make sure everything is how you want and expect.The only down-side was that the day-of staff (those setting up the chairs and tables) could have been more pleasant. This issue was addressed with the venue coordinator and she validated my concerns addressed it immediately with her staff. Yet, the weeks and months following we were continuously complimented by our guests about the wedding and the venue.As my new husband and I drove away with sparklers and cheers fading behind us, we both turned to each other and exclaimed how perfect the day was! We could not have imaged a more gorgeous or special wedding day. We were able to make it unique and our own, while the beauty of the venue added so much. We are so blessed to have had our wedding day there!

Recently helped with setup and cleanup for an event. Beautiful location but staff was rude and not very helpful. Cleaning up we had to hunt for trash cans finally found some in the restrooms and then were told that we also had to also empty the cans into the dumpster located in the parking lot. Really??? Ive helped with many events of friends and family in many towns and states. THIS WAS THE WORST BY FAR!

The Water Oasis was the most enchanting Venue I have ever been too. The owners Rhiannon and Kumar were more than gracious and accomodating. They made my daughters wedding day even more special because of their friendliness and the extra steps above and beyond they did for us. Our family and friends were amazed at the beauty and the service of the venue. I would recommend this venue to anyone planning on getting married. Our daughter came in on a horse and carriage and the venue helped to create her magical fairytale wedding. The Water Oasis was a wonderful venue for our vow renewals! The grounds themselves are so picturesque and offer a variety of backdrops for different parts of your event all at one location. Additionally, all of their amenities including the bridal suites, guest bathrooms, kitchen for catering and ample parking for vendors were available for your convenience. They were flexible with COVID complications and the rescheduling of the event itself along with our rehearsal dinner and on the day of, made sure everything was set up as discussed and that the evening ran smoothly. Communication was a little spotty at the beginning of the process trying to set up walk throughs and ask questions about the venue but completely understandable during the time, considering the uncertainties during COVID times...
