My to go place for years! Very pleasant staff. And the advices are always good. The choice is left to the patient without pressure.

Took good care. Had great equipment. Don’t think they were interested in the money, as most of Bay Area desi dentists are. Answered questions well. Great staff. Knowledgeable and caring.One thing I need to mention is I got emails, texts and calls thrice to confirm my appointment. And I did all three times. I mean, come on!

I am someone with terrible anxiety and have avoided the dentist for years. Dr. Harika is so good at calming my nerves/phobias. Somehow she also gives the most delicate shots!

I recently visited the Bay smile dental, i would definitely say the best so far i have, Dr Jaspreet Harika she understand the pain and explained in detail and pros and cons. The session was excellent and i am releif from pain. I should not miss the Dr. Surbhi doctor who did my x-ray, cleaning and polishing, she was outstanding and she take the utmost care. I would definitley give 10 star especially for her service.

After our dentist of over 30 years retired, we started looking for another closer to where we had moved. Dr. Harikas reviews were great so we started going to her about 2 yrs. ago. We have been very pleased with her and all her staff. We would certainly recommend Bay Smile Dental to others.

Dr. Harika takes the time to explain everything to my parents. They will even take the time to give me feedback over the phone if I need it since my parents have limited English. The place is clean, modern, and uses the latest technology. The staff is friendly and professional. Their office staff, Evelyn, knows me by name (now thats rare these days). Wonderful place for the whole family.

After the second visit I still have problems and I feel worse now, the staff is very nice until you see they try to take as much as they can from your Insurance and they want to make an appointment for just nothing.I Dont recommend this place.The dentist are nice at first but then they turn in to a dollar making machine, they should make look different but is so obvious they just want to go to the next patient and rush all the time.

Dr. Harika is so friendly and explains what needs to be done. I hate going to the dentist but her and her staff make it an enjoyable experience.... even my son doesnt mind going to the dentist now. Patient Care/Customer Service seems to have become a thing of the past. So, when you are treated the way Dr. Harika and Staff treats her patients you just want to yell it from a mountain top. From the initial contact to set up my first appointment to Dr. Harika and her assistant to the Dental Hygienist; I say a job well done!!!I gave four stars because I havent had any work done yet; therefore, my 4 stars is the highest rating I could give under the circumstances. Technically, the four stars could be viewed as five stars.
