They will tell you the taxi driver will arrive in 10 minutes or less but they really mean 15-20+ mins. Call in advance so you arent tardy.The service is alright, nothing special.

Absolutely horrible drivers. Theyre always speeding and almost hit pedestrians that are legally crossing the street. Late at night they run red lights all the time. Newark PD should investigate this company.

Horrible service for the 3rd time I’ve called for a cab and I’ll end up calling another taxi company because of the time it takes to be picked up. I’ll be waiting a good 45 minutes and have to call someone else and by the time that company takes me where i need to be is when they call me saying the cab is outside, Gold Lincoln is the way to go for the extra dollar way worth it
