They say they open and they close. They make it so you have a hard time answering the phone and once you get a hold of the ringer. They always busy they say call back tomorrow. It’s the same thing over and over again the system is rigged. They using the Corona to not work they just lazy. Miserable people you’ll always be miserable. God bless

No one answer call . We always get the same recorded messages “ due to high number of call we can’t answer you, call the next business day” even when I call at 8 am sharp and through the day, I sent email no one responds . This been happening for weeks

Much better to deal with them in person. Do not even think of calling. In person they are very helpful and you get your questions answered. Very efficient place.

I have gone to unemployment & I have seen people coming in & out then when I went they told me that they are closed gave me a whole bunch of numbers that no one answers..i then ask why are there people coming in & out unemployment the guard replys & says that they are employees ..Then two seconds later change his mind & says that they are no employees in the building that they are working from home ...Then they act like you begging & that earn money that you make ...

Its sad after waiting in a long line for 3 hours approximate 2 more hours in the waiting room for your name to be called out to tell me that I dont qualified because the system states that I am active on Social Security Benefits when I am not receiving no benefits from Social Security Services then to make it more complicated I went to the Job Training Center and they claim in order to get job training I need to fix matters with Social Security Administration. I said to myself this is messed up no wonders I see lots of people needing help homeless, food, clothes, disabled people and a job or a job training to a least help take matter forward but other people mistake can affect other peoples decision from one administrate office such as Board of social services and social security administration office then they give you a hard time when you asked them to fix the mistakes on their system they give you the 360 they dont give you a copy proof of you going over to fixing the problems which affects all other help agencies such as unemployment, job training, bus schedule tickets,, housing, medical and so on then you feel that your life is over because those administrators didnt want to admit to making the errors in the system that affects other help agencies to provide you that forward help that is needed

The people at reception were very helpful. How ever the staff in the booth who file the claims were extremely rude, had alot of attitude. Cant even reply to a simple hello.

It appears as WHEN I CALL ON TIME 8AM-8:25 The staff was not available and by 9:00 I’m told due to high value I’ll have to call tomorrow. In other words... IM FORCED TO GO ONLINE where my Email is not recognized therefore all my unemployment history is at stake. I was never satisfied with this service

No one answers the phone for 2 to 3 days straight. I just want to speak to a live person. I would like to avoid going in person because they are rude.

Called 15+ times In one day with no answer not including the automated voice because of that got zero help. At one point I actually was told by the automated voice that they would hold my spot and call me back in an hour. That literally only happened once! I then got the call back was asked for my ssn and the person then the person who didn’t even give their name hung up on me 😑 a whole day wasted and just now I called and the same thing. It’s only 9:21am an I keep getting that useless robot and I haven’t even been asked for a call back this sucks

Youll be on the phone for ten hours and no answer we need to end this and get rid of everyone there and hire consistent hard working people that want to do their jobs and help others not people that are nasty and disgusting with rude attitudes, this is ridiculous and its getting old now, its been going on for too long and nobody is doing anything about it its time things change for the essex county for the better of this city because as of now you have people that dont want to work they just want to get paid and thats not a good business if you ask anyone that has a good brain.
