The director never knows who he talks to gotta keep telling him who i am. Very bad customer service

This place is a true blessing from God. The people here are very helpful, respectful and professional. I personally dealt with Mr Kendall with a situation I had and he gave me more advice and knowledge of my options than the court or a lawyer I consulted with did. I would recommend this organization to anyone that needs emergency assistance. 👍👍

The people there are very helpful they are serious about there job. I am grateful for all they service and help, I get food to take home to feed my family and also eat lunch and dinner there they have a amazing chef dere with his team. I thank God and St. James for all they help keep up the great work!!!!!!!!!!

The first time I went the volunteers were very helpful and understanding. They saw my family size on my application and gave enough food for all of us. The second time I went the guy who I guess was the lead volunteer gave us 2 small bags that was not enough it looked more like for a family of 2 while I am grateful for anything he told me I have to tell him I need for a large family. I filled out an application so I dont understand why he didnt read it like the others did before like youre supposed to. Whats the point of having us fill out an application each time and you dont look at it. Like I said I am grateful for whatever we can get because the last week of the month can be tight but the staff need to do their job all the time not some of the time.

Monthly Pantry is Free to all every week day Mon- Fri starting 3pm. Please have your ID ready and form a line to have the staff sign you in. Lunch is served daily 12 noon to 2pm and Dinner is 5-6pm daily besides Tuesdays and Weekend days. The food is good in the Soul Cafe soup kitchen and the food from the food pantry is plentiful!

Building is horrible, probably nice infested, services are okay for the community they serve, not very friendly atmosphere

The line gets long so come early, they offer a pantry service and feeding program

My daughter work here they love to help the less fortunate God Bless You guys some folks steal from the needy them at St James they give out so much and help
