Always great service. Answered any and all questions I had. Helping me decide witch mower would be best for my needs. Not pushy at all, very pleasant and helpful. They could have sold me a lot bigger one, but no, they sold me the one that would suit me best. Would recommend them to any one.

I have had a TYM tractor for 9 years. My biggest frustration in the past was finding a competent dealer when I needed parts or service. My mechanic found these guys and their service is second to none. They are always willing and able to help, and are great with answering questions. They get the parts sent directly to the farm and when they need to come from the factory I get accurate updates on availability!! Extremely pleased!

I hired Qs Landscape for a significant landscaping job, which included burying draining pipes from downspouts (and running them to catch the slope away from my house), regrading the dirt around my house & barn, stoning my driveway and planting both maple (2 trunks) and pine (7-8) trees. The owner, Alex, has been AWESOME to deal with. He quoted the job in person and spent a lot of time with me on my property giving his suggestions on how to help correct poor water drainage around my house which was going into the basement. Alex and his crew did A+ work in all areas that I engaged him. He went above and beyond in some areas, even dropping mulch around my deck and created a small mulch garden to make my lawn mowing much, much easier around a newly installed egress window.I felt that the pricing was very fair. He was, and still is, very engaged and responds to any questions that I have promptly (example, how much to water trees, are the trees okay, etc). After the regrade and drainage was completed, i had a little settling of the dirt and the draining pipes needed to be adjusted accordingly. He had a crew member out at the house to get it corrected, no charge. Alex shows great pride in his work, and performed the job as if it were at his own house. I strongly recommend Qs Landscaping, they are my go-to source now on all landscaping needs. I was so pleased that I will now become a customer of their retail store for future equipment purchases. I purchased a STIHL gas powered easy start leaf blower and STIHL Gardening Shears. The staff not only helped me get the right machine for me, they also filled the blower up and showed me how to use it. Great Service!

Decent service and a great source for Stihl power equipment.I took 3 chainsaw chains to get sharpened and they were very quick and helpful. Only took about 15 minutes while I waited.👍

I went into the store to buy my fire wood for the season. i ordered 8 seasoned face. Not a gigantic order by any means but money is money and a customer is a customer. i figured that since they charge a decent amount for their product it would be spot on and what i wanted.my order was scheduled to be dropped between Tuesday and Friday with a quick call to tell me they were on the way. they no showed all of those days and called me sat at around 3 in the afternoon as i was leaving to go out in my kid free time with my wife. they delayed my date. late on delivery and they brought me unseasoned ash with the excuse of it will burn. they dumped it before telling me what it was. if i was told what it was i would have told them thankyou but no thanks. they have a great selection of tools but i would not recommend getting your fire wood here at all.

Helpful but only 2 workers in the big place when I walked in and one was in the back of the building somewhere.

I purchased a 1995 Ford backhoe from Alex. He is a great communicator and was very enjoyable to work with. I have owned the backhoe for a week and everything was as should be. Its always a pleasure to work with nice/knowledgeable people.

2 years ago we asked Qs to fix a drainage problem in our backyard. They put in a pipe that rain washed out about 2 days later. They said they would come back and fix it. That was over 2 years ago. They have no-showed several times they have set up to ‘come look at the job’. Now they do not even return phone calls. So we have an ugly pipe that grows weeds all around it because we can no longer mow the area and a landscape company that created the problem. Looking for someone to fix it. Then I guess to court for return of the over $600 we paid. They may be able to mow lawns folks but I would not trust them with anything more complicated.
