Having problems but had ground hornets, unable to pump at this time. Waved fees, thankfully on limited income. Very understanding, will come back after I get a couple of things took care. Used there service before never had a problem.

I have used Jack’s in the past to pump my septic tank. Just before my home closing the tank needed a serious repair. Kelli Diaz... was FANTASTIC to work with and made sure this large repair was completed in a short time frame in order for the closing to happen, Thank you!

This company is amazing to work with. The people are genuinely nice. They brought my tank in and had it in the ground within a few hours. And hooked up to the house quickly. They finished my leech bed in three days. I highly recommend them. Their prices were the same as other companies. I chose them because they were quick and efficient and helping me get my permit. The lady in the office named Kelli is amazing she bent over backwards for me and helped me get my permit literally within a few hours.

Called them on Monday about a small sink hole on the discharge side of my septic tank. Manny came and took a quick look and called me to discuss possible reasons for it. I agreed with him and by Thursday morning they were excavating and found a hole in my drain pipe. Manny sent me a photo of the damage and we discussed options to repair everything to make it good as new and a few hours later they were finished. Yard was seeded and strawed and looks Great. Very good response, professional work, and reasonable price.

They came out to my property. Requested we get soil samples and further inspections and then completely ghosted us. We paid hundreds of dollars to get them as much info as possible in order to find a solution for our problems. My husband and I have called and emailed multiple times and never get a response. When they do answer their phones, the woman says she will call back and just doesn’t bother. I’ll take my 20k septic replacement elsewhere I guess?

I don’t know what I did to get the treatment I did from the owner Kelli. But if that’s how she treats other customers, that have questionable service, I would say leaving a bad review is the least of their worries. I have never had such poor customer service in my life. All over a question I wanted answered, regarding the work they did for me back in November.The work preformed was a “female plug” being bad and replaced. We paid and everything seemed to be fine. We look to sell our house, and a home inspector comes out and points out that the plug was actually just unplugged, and no signs of any replacement was done.I called into the office, to not get anything “free”, as I believe Kelli kept telling herself I was, but to just have proof to the inspector that the plug was replaced and it’s working properly. I said I understand there would be a service fee, but just wanted to get it taken care of before the closing of our house.I hope to think that it was just a bad day in the office, but I do think other customers should know and keep a closer eye on the project.*update*We had another Jet septic provider come to the house. They found that the “female plug” that Jacks installed, was wired incorrectly and started a small electrical fire. The problem was fixed in 5 minutes.I am still in communication with the owner, but all about how it was my fault. I do have to apologize that I should have held my self to better standard than a company, that supposedly has 28,000 customers. Hard to believe they haven’t had issues bigger to deal with than a customer complaint!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Weve had them out TWICE now to do work and the cost was MUCH LOWER than other places. The owner Manny is a great guy and easy to work with. They were able to get us hooked up to city sewer from septic in half a day!! Couldnt believe how fast they finished and are coming back in the spring to level and put grass in and at almost HALF the cost of what others have paid for the same job! Manny also recommended that I ask the city for a discount in fees and they took of $500! WHAT?!

Had an urgent situation, although they were booked up, they took my number, then had a cancellation, and sent their tech to take care of me! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and forthright! I will Always use them

Johnny from Jacks pumped our septic tank today. From the initial phone call until the process was done I was pleased. The lady on the phone was very friendly and Johnny was definitely intent on making sure it was a good experience.I didnt compare prices but I felt like the price fit the service. Plus no other company answered their phone.
