Gave me the run around for a week for one rim that a paid for in advance. The workers are good people but the management and the receptionist can go to hell. They are rude, liars, and have poor people communication skills. Y’all give them your money if you want, the hell with them

I took my wheels here to get straightened and painted. After getting my wheels mounted my car was driving rough like the wheels are badly bent. When I called to tell them about it Milton got on the phone and was arguing with me that I must have hit another pot hole.... I decided it was better to not take my car back to this place....

I probably go here like 2-4 times a year to touch up on my custom rims. They usually get my stuff back to me next day if I don’t go later in the day upon drop off. Great customer service easy to talk to plus they help me get out of the narrow garage into traffic sometimes when I’m backing out so no one hits me.

GT Wheels did a GREAT job on powder coating my factory 18 Inch rims. The finish was better than new and they even added color matching wheel weights and valve stem caps. Attention to detail!. Very Happy.

I went to GT wheels they did an awesome job on my car. Price is Right I got glass black excellent. My Corvette looks awesome. I will recommend these people to anybody. The only thing if you want your car back the same day you have to go early early in the morning. I came from Paramus. And Newark aint that far. I love my new set of rims, ask for Richie

I have not gone person to get to see these guys about my car for new rims but I text him through the GPS app and these guys were great cuz they answer my questions is very very fast I recommend if you cant make it over there just text him through GT wheels Incorporated and Ill get back to you right away I was very impressed with that

Was refereed to these guys from another shop who did not do split rims. So looked at their website and called them. They checked out great so I gave them my business. When I visited it was obvious they are proud of what they do and did a great job for me. ill be back in the Winter to get all my rims cleaned and coated. Great group of guys. Totally recommended.

Had a great experience, my wheel was chipped took in to be replaced and they were able to just take the wheel and gave me a spare for 2 days until everything was resolvedhow conveinant is that!

Fixed rims bend or crack they fix

Brought 3 bent motor cycle rims 3 weeks ago and payed 75 each. Went recently with another and they tried charging me 150$ for a single motorcycle rim. Good way to lose a customer. Customer service sucks to.

Horrible customer service, called to inquire on a quote to spray 4 BMW 328i rims, asked about same day turn around and materials used for job. Was immediately told “just come when ready” and hung up on. Called back and asked the question again, was told “we’re very busy and don’t answer questions over the phone”. If you can’t trust them to answer a question over the phone you probably can’t trust them to work on your car. Dodged a bullet.

I really appreciate how professional the staff were. I do not know much about cars so I took my accord there because it was pulling the left whenever accelerated ...turns out I needed a wheel alignment. So anyhow...as they were working on my car. I began looking at the wall of quality aftermarket rims...and fell in love. Immediately. I scheduled an appointment to install my brand-new bbs with goodyear tires. Thanks guys for A-1 service.
