I am extremely disappointed with Anthony & Sylvan customer service. I had numerous issues during the build including my basement getting water in it. My pool is pretty good but they owe me money and refuse to return any communication I have sent. I also had to have some of the electric fixed because it was not wired to the box appropriately. I have been waiting for about ten months at this point. I am going to see if this works if not I will need to hire a lawyer to recoup what they owe me. I have reached the end of my patience. I was given two quotes on pool sizes and decided to go with the larger pool the day they dug my pool they said they could only fit the smaller pool. When I made my final payment they kept telling me they would look into the different quotes. Throughout the pool building project communication was terrible. I would have to call or email multiple times before someone got back to me. I have now spoken with numerous other people who have used this company and had similar experiences. I would simply like to have the money returned to me that I am owed so I can enjoy my pool and not feel that I was taken advantage of. A few months ago they called and offered to do the pool opening and closing for me to make things right. I told them I was not interested in that I just wanted the money they owed me to be given back to me. I have not even asked them for the money I paid an electrician to come out and fix the wiring issue only for the difference in the smaller pool.

Do whatever you must to use a different pool company. 3 years ago we paid to have our pool installed with Anthony & Sylvan. It HAS BEEN AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Currently 3 years after the pool getting started it is still not finished and is already on its 3 refinishing and now 2nd tile job. A&S seem to still be busy installing pools, and yet, they have not finished ours yet. It currently sits with out a plaster finish, broken tiles, and plaster holding together tiles and plaster all over the grout lines.I am not one, traditionally, to leave reviews, but candidly, in my experience, it seems like the only time A&S tries to resolve the issues is in response to a negative review online.

Worked with Eric Williams in the Design and Construction of my pool. He did a wonderful job and made the experience a pleasant one. I have maintained my relationship with Eric and he has been super helpful addressing questions we have had throughout the years. I will build with him again when we move. Eric has been absolutely outstanding with helping us through our new pool construction. I am admittedly extremely detail oriented and he’s been nothing but accommodating with all of my questions and additions! Very responsive and professional. So much so that I’ve recommended him already. So glad that we are working with him and Anthony Sylvan!

I absolutely love my pool. The process was great. Eric and Frank handled all my questions and concerns promptly. Eric, my design consultant, made recommendations that enhance my overall design. I am truly pleased and would definitely recommend Anthony & Sylvan.

We are in the process of having our pool built and I am in love with my pool design. Eric made sure that we got exactly what we wanted. The contractors have been amazing. They check on the property frequently. No time wasted. A lot of pride in their work. We are pleased.

I’ve hesitated to write this review considering the fact my pool is not finished.But every day I don’t say something could be a day that someone may be making a 50,000 or 100,000 dollar mistake! The communication is terrible the timelines is a pipe dream The only thing they’re quick at is taking the money! There has been major overlooks and mistakes made along the entire process.One in particular are my deck jets that were never installed before the concrete now the concrete deck is poured and I have two pipes protruding out of my concrete! The deck jets were supposed to have been installed before the concrete was poured it’s too late! How do you fix the situation not only did I lose my deck jets but now I have pipes poking out of my concrete that I paid thousands for! Upon telling Frank the (project manager)of my situation. He said ah no not again this has happened before? And you never thought to prevent it from happening again? Then there was three days of no response.And when he did respond after I had pursued the call he told me that a gentleman by the name of Neil Coin was looking into the remedy three days later and I’ve never heard from him! Anthony Sylvan was a great company to work with. They came out and reviewed all options and materials and helped us come up with a pool that really fits our needs and family. They have always been very responsive and we use them for regular seasonal maintenance on the pool/spa as well. Overall great experience

100 percent client friendly. Very knowledgeable and professional. A little cocky since their the best. But the proof is in the puddin compared to others and their quotes, professionalism, knowledge, hands on, and just overall involvement.

If you are looking for a pool company that values you as a customer, this company is not for you. I have never in my life had as poor of customer service as I ever had with them. Eric will promise to get back with you and won’t. You can call him and the company a 100 times and no one will return your call. If you are to busy to follow up with what you say then you should stop talking apts. seriously take your business else where. I would have given them zero stars if I could.

It took about a month to get contacted to set up an appointment, which was another month out. Despite giving us some base prices on the call, Eric didnt follow up with the requested quotes and price sheets for extras. We emailed and called his cell, and still no response 2 weeks later. I called the local office - no answer. I called the main number - no answer. Based on other reviews, they seem to be horrible with customer service all around.

Unfortunately they did not have what I needed but they gave me a few suggestions and she was really kind.
