They were respectful, responsible and very friendly. I have had them come every year for the past 3 years to spray for little black antsI get around my house. I have never had a problem with ants since they come and spray once a year. Their price are very reasonable. They come and spray and have answered any questions Ive had about the spray they use or when we had yellow jacket and wasp issues. I would go to them for any pest issue and I recommend them to anyone that has issues with bugs.

I used Helmicks based on a referral. They were very courteous and prompt. They found the issue quickly and resolved it just as quick. Mike and Stephen were fantastic! Professional gentlemen who were quick and responsible. Had a hornets nest in my garage and my child was allergic. Called them up and they were out at my place the next day. Pricing was fair and Rick was a pleasure to talk to when I called and understanding of my situation. Highly recommend and will choose them again.

We had Helmick’s spray our basement and exterior perimeter because we had a ton of spiders. They showed up and sprayed and it was supposed to rain that day so we told them if they needed to come back and do the outside another day that was fine. We were told as long as it didn’t pour it would be fine. Well less than an hour after they left it was a full blown downpour. No surprise we had probably more spiders then before we sprayed. My husband called and left message after message before ever getting a call back. Finally got a call back and was told they would come out that week or the next and spray the outside. No one has ever showed up to spray and will not call us back any longer. I don’t mind paying for a service but I expect to be treated professionally when I pay for something and not be ignored. I am very disappointed in the customer service. It feels at this point that they have no interest in helping us anymore. I wish now that I wouldn’t have paid until they came back to spray after the rain.

They actually fixed the infestation. Not just put a bandage on it, like most Extermination Companys. Inspection is free.They also know what they are talking about and have a lot of passion for what they do.

I had moved into a new apartment, And on the first night in I was shocked. Roaches everywhere. I reached out to helmicks and they were quick to come and investigate the situation. Soon apon their arrival, a golden ray of hope! They quickly set to work vanquishing the hordes of roaches that had plagued my apartment. No mercy was shown. 10/10 would recommend the heros at helmicks.

They never showed up.It took two calls and an email to even get an appointment. Then, they didnt show up. I played phone tag with an employee for a week, and the whole experience ended w/ me selecting another exterminator because these guys didnt call back.I would not recommend even dialing their number. Dont waste your time.

I called helmick cause I had bedbug bites all over me in our apartment he told us there was no live bedbugs but we didnt know he works with our old landlord we called integrity he found a few live bedbugs I believe the landlord paid the company to lie for them or he lied cause he already did 3 treatments there still theres bedbugs

Found bed bugs in my apartment, suspected they came from the neighbor based on what we know about her/we found holes in the wall where vinyl baseboards were improperly glued. Showed this to owner of company when he came to examine. Told me it was impossible, they dont travel like that. Was very, very rude and kept blowing me off/talking over me. I asked for the other apartments to be examined( which he avoided doing but I kept asking about it). Turns out, WE GOT THEM FROM THE NEIGHBOR WHO HAD A HUGE INFESTATION. Owner is a jerk and doesnt know what hes doing.

Free estimate. With a receipt stating yes or no if pest were found is $100 plus tax. He stated estimate is free my signiture is $100 plus tax. Joke.
