Very well organized they have just about everything you need great place to go very attentive very courteous and very helpful

Some stuff is extremely overpriced but I love their throw away containers.

Planning for a milestone birthday, I wanted to have a selection of choices. I feel it is important to support our local businesses and wasnt sure if Fulton Paper would have what I wanted? When I walked into the door, I was thrilled! They have everything for any event! Not only decorations, they have plates, napkins, cups, tablecloths, serving dishes, utensils, and more! The selection is AMAZING! They will fill your balloons at a cost, and put them in a huge bag to secure them! The best part was the INCREDIBLE staff! They were so nice and so helpful! I went 2 different times and different staff each time, they all were FANTASTIC!

Fair to good selection of party supplies. Only problem we had was the foil balloons numbers did not hold up for even 24 hours. Replaced with new ones the day before the party and still lost their helium in 12 hours. Dont waste your money on them.

Great prices on cards. They also have all types of party supplies. I purchased some balloons and the sales lady made a little arrangement of them for me.

Literally the worst customer service. I brought my own balloons in to get blown up and THEY ripped it. I had to buy my own balloon because they ripped mine. They just wanted money. Should’ve gone somewhere else.

Love this store!! I’ve been shopping here for many years. They have great decorations for all occasions and the best place for balloon bouquets! The staff are friendly, helpful and personable.

Please dont go here if you need to fill air. They just charge the price they want to. I paid 20 to fill 1 big and 6 tiny ones - for my balloons that I bought from amazon....I wish I had the time to go elsewhere and sadly I didnt. Such a shame that a place I have bought stuff for years only because they are conveniently close (even tho all their items are expensive)...have finally pushed me to be not be a customer anymore. I probably would go to a dollar store and fill in my room with 20 balloons for a party for that same money. I request the store owner to review such concerns and maybe put a price chart outside for such stuff so people dont even enter the store.

Lots of fun decorations there. Did not have what I was looking for, and prices seemed a tad high.

I went in for a few things for my sons 2nd birthday party, he was there with me. We went threw the entire store while he was well behaved and get to the check out to start with i wasnt greeted in anyway by either 2 cashiers I laid my stuff on the counter and asked about balloons and of I needed to order them or of the would be fine for the following day of picking them up now the rude cashier of course gave a smug response and acted as though I was an idiot for laying the balloons on the counter when apparently I needed to place an order ( so God forbid dont ask questions ) mean while my son who happens to love balloons and yes trys to blow them up is grabbing from the display which is right on the floor toddler level for such prized possessions and starts to blow on them. The cashier gives him a disgusted look and says he doesnt need to touch them and that I would have to buy them. The line now has multiple people in it I told her I planned to pay for them so I am unclear on the problem and when I pulled him over to me since he isnt a allowed to touch anything and as more any 2 year old would do he started crying and getting upset then while Im holding my upset toddler the other cashier tells me to move so she can help the other customers even though I hadnt gotten to pay for my other items yet. I told them they clearly dont have children or In any way know how to deal with them or people in general I also told them to put my stuff back they werent gettinv business from me ever at anytime in the future do to the terrible customer service and rude attitudes, so no apologies from either one. I asked for there names and mangers contact info the women rolled her eyes at me when she went to grab the manager on duty. Speaking with the manager he apologized and claimed he would have a talk with them however his concern and sympathy seemed far from genuine. Ive worked in management for 6 years and if I ever had an employee treat anyone the way my child was treated that day I would pull them from the floor and rip them a knew one immediately this place is a disgrace

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Not as big as the Wilmington store, but if you ask they will have stuff brought up from there.
