Buyer beware. These guys are thieves. Months to return calls. False promises. Dont let them ruin your event.I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere for your event needs.

We have been using this company for years to supply our chairs for meetings and could not say enough good things about Greg and this company. We are beyond happy with their service

After several follow up phone calls to confirm final tent details made months out for our wedding (a couple weeks away) the owner stated he had no more tents for our date. Confused, I asked for the email in which he had relayed this information. Greg then proceeded to write up a forged forwarded email backing up his claims. We are now a few weeks away with a major component of our wedding now missing. I wrote this review not out of spite but to simply let other wedding couples know about your potential experience.

I rented tables and chairs for our daughters baptism party this passed weekend and was pleased with their fast delivery and affordable prices. Upon using the tables a guest of ours cut their finger on some splintered wood under the table. When I called to address the issue the staff was pleasant, understanding, and apologetic. We received a full refund and an apology which was more than generous. Overall we had a good experience with them

We rented a tent from Action for our wedding reception. The staff was friendly and communicative leading up to the event.The issue we had was with the product itself. The tent arrived *filthy*. Even the “clear” portion of the tent was caked with mud.Action set up a secondary tent for our caterer and that tent was set up poorly and started dropping before the reception even started.Weeks after the wedding I contacted the company with my feedback and had attached photos of the muddy tent. I was told that I would receive a reply from the president or owner of the company, but even after following up no one bothered to reply.Overall I was severely disappointed with the rental. Perhaps the quality would have been fine for a party, but *definitely* not a wedding.

Rented a U-Haul trailer from them. Friendly staff, quick and easy rental. Will rent from them again. Trailer has a bit of debris from the last user though. But, it is what it is.

Terrible with communication. I reserved 50 tables and chairs for a Saturday that we would pick up. I reserved these tables in April and the party was to be June 2nd. I called to cancel the tables because of rain and when I called they said I had no reservation despite the fact I had an emailed confirmation to prove otherwise. Would never go here again.
