My father was referred here by the wound clinic AND his podiatrist at Fairfield Medical Center on 2-14-2020 for a shoe for an open pressure wound on Charcot’s foot. After traveling to Newark and being fitted, weeks later Capital informed my parents they will not allow the doctor overseeing the Family Nurse Practitioner to sign off on this. Today, 5-21-2020 we are dealing with a recurring open wound due to ankle and foot malformation and still no shoe. Why weren’t they told this to begin with?Wasted trip and most of all wasted time.Wound clinic referred him to Bio Care to start this process again.Beware of this company. The staff was rude to the NP and my parents.

They call me different times while they are supposed to be making an afo boot first time is to tell me its has20 percent I need to pay so no problem that was a hold up now just before im to go in and get it they call and say I need the doctors notes even though the ins has already approved my boot and I called the ins not them needing this its capital what a joke they know me for Ive had 2 other boots made by them 8 years apart now Im having an issue Im going to another place not the way you treat people and to top all this off the last boot I wS told if it didnt last sAY IT Ws lost stolen or say what

Ive been with capital for a few years now and every leg and visits i get from the team are the best treatment from them MIC CRAWFORD is awesome Ill never go any where else

Very slow and very rude you could be told they would get right in and right out and you have to wait for like an hour just up front Ridiculous.
