Did not clean up the yard properly. When raised the issue, they kept providing excuses. Never resolved the issue

Best service ever. I ordered a snow removal service yesterday and they did a perfect job. They saved me the trouble. Highly recommend!!!!!

I had requested plow service through their website. The job was assigned and I waited all day just to be notified the next day that the contractor bailed on the job. They were unable to reassign it and it left me stuck in the house waiting, where I could have hired someone else. Customer service was not responsive and appeared to be answered by bots. Would never use their service again.

I called P & M for snow removal. It was a really bad snow storm, which delayed service. Not P & Ms fault at all. They kept me continually updated and once they did show up to the service, they were quick and thorough. I will use their service again.

I wanted Plowz & Mowz to succeed. I gave them 3 years to prove themselves and they have been singularly consistent in one thing - incompetence.From missed mows (the usual go to excuse given for the last year has been “provider had an equipment issue”), to not responding for hours, to not raking my lawn for the leaves service I hired and paid them for, to plows not showing up, to missing scheduled day after day after day (yes, not scheduled time but scheduled DAYS) Plowz & Mowz has almost been a clinical demonstration on how incompetence can somehow against all odds still run a terrible business.Let me show you a review I had written for the lead removal I hired them for that I didn’t post to give you just a GLIMPSE into the train wreck that is Plowz & Mowz:“This is a total scam. They sat on my $200.00+ for leaf removal for 2.5 weeks. They claimed the job was assigned 6 times and then 6 times it was delayed. Meanwhile we went from fall to winter. We are now getting 12” of snow on top of the leaves in my yard and I STILL have not received my money back they took for the job though the job is cancelled. Contacting attorney general, department of commerce and the CFPB.UPDATE: they finally did have someone out and clean my leaves... 4 1/2 months after the date that I had hired them for. Literally 137 days late for their appointment. They gave me 30% off for my trouble”Every single thing I am saying can be backed up with email after email after email after email from them - always with an excuse.Tonight I finally got fed up and said “no more” and cancelled my (once again missed) mow, cancelled my weekly mowing service with them and am now taking to the internet as an evangelist against the rampant, nonsensical, dubious scam and ripoff that is Plowz & Mowz in the hopes that I can help someone much wiser than myself who actually reads reviews on these clowns to not waste their time, money and patience hiring them.I literally can’t think of ANYTHING that I can say that will even scratch the surface on just how bad of a company this is - from bad customer service to inconsistent results to just not caring one bit about the damaged clients, driveways and lawns that they leave in their wake.I guess the Better Business Bureau said it best when they REVOKED Plowz & Mowz accreditation.Please for the love of God, do yourself a favor and AVOID this company at all costs. Tear up your lawn and rip up your driveway if you must - I promise you, it is better than the horrible experience that Plowz & Mowz will put you through!Plowz & Mowz - simply put - does not value or respect its customers.

Great Service. We use this for all our rental properties because its affordable and hassle free. Just a few clicks and I can move on and know its getting taken care of. They confirm when your order has been assigned, and send a photo once the job is complete. You can also set up regular scheduled cuts for a discounted rate. Highly recommend.

I actually reached out to this company because a family member needed their lawn maintained. The weeds cut or pulled, grass cut and haul away. I actually received an email from the company in a timely manner. I also received a quote which was reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. My family member decided to go with another company. Thanks for your time and I would recommend this company.

I used to cut my own lawn but life gets busy. No time to do it. This app has been great. Used it all summer the work was done on time and looked great. Strongly recommended

The Mowz service is one of the best services we have ever signed up for. Our lawn mower broke and we needed a cut pretty badly and they came the next day it was so easy! It was also a very good price considering what most landscapers charge in the area.

Love this service and app! Reliable, professional work done and app shows you your freshly cut lawn and when they are about to perform your project and when they are completed. Very very pleased!

I have my Saturday mornings back! I simply set up a recurring service after using the one time cuts a couple times and each time there was someone cutting my yard the same day. No hassle no haggling and I’ve never even seen the guys.they just come cut my lawn and move on

I was so sick of playing phone tag with random lawn guys, remembering to keep cash around, and having them show up whenever they felt like it or not at all. Plowz&Mowz has solved all those problems for me like it was nothing! Never going back to a regular lawn service again, this app is where it’s at!
