Good place to wash clothes but they close really early, even when there’s people still washing.

I went here to get a wash and fold spend a lot money but, the my clothes was not clean properly. i receive my cloths with some of the same stains i sent there . My white looked old and damage, also some of the cloths where not folded properly. I will NEVER recommend this place top any one. i gave a star for the courtesy when i arrive to drop off and a star for pick up. Other than that, i was utterly disguised by the poor cleaning and fold of my cloths. Please proceed with caution when doing you laundry at the establishment. I will Never return. 2 stars is my way of being generous to the workers who was polite but still ripped me off

This laundromat is a lot cleaner than the exterior. Its 24hrs. The staff is very helpful. They have more washing capacity than dryers and the dryers are very small. They have very big machines and arent as expensive as other laundromats. The dryers dry very well so beware when it comes to blankets and comforters or clothes you do want to shrink. They also have the option for 3 dollars more to wash longer. The machines wash really well and theyre pretty new and easy to use.They use cards instead of quarters. And the cards dont quickly expire. I have had a card since 2016 with $10 on it and it still works after all thos time.There is parking available. The parking lot is not the biggest so you might have to park on the side street.If you forget bleach or soap or fabric softener they have some to buy on site and there are nearby stores as well. If your forget soap, you might as well buy it in the laundromat. The markup in nearby stores are pretty much the same. The price of convenience.The biggest washing machine is about $10 without the really dirty option. I washed 5comforters in this one and it washed really well. The one smaller can wash a contractors bag worth of clothes and still has room for $6. The one smaller is $4.90. Im not sure about the smaller machine. The dryers are 33cents for 7minutes.They constantly remind people at peak hours to not leave their clothes in the dryer.I find the best time to wash clothes is from 9PM-11am on weekends. On weekdays 9pm-230pm. Its great thats you can clean during the night hours.

Correct me if Im wrong, but what does 24hrs mean if youre closed and open at 6am? Thats not 24hrs. Please let me know of Im wrong.

NO HOT WATER. I truly hate when they tell you something and you get another. You wont get hot or warm water here, regardless what you set the machine to. ONLY COLD. And they will keep trying to tell you it is hot. I made the guy touch the water. 😄 No. HOT. Water.Otherwise it has a lot of machines in many sizes.Cant get my towels truly clean without hot water tho. :(

Yes! Great facility to get your laundry fresh. Clean and plenty of washers and driers to go around! Staff is extra helpful and very nice.

Even during the pandemic it was a refreshing trip very courteous staff attentive to your needs and I was glad I made the trip

This laundry mat is Okay only when its not packed and when they dont let the drug attics and homeless people go in the bathroom to wash up or sit in there and relax or go to sleep. Also the drug dealers always standing in front or inside chillin like they live there. Its convenient for me because I can just walk there and wash my clothes and walk back home especially when its empty.

Clean Laundry mat and big!

They seem like they just renovated this laundromat. The machines look really new. Had no problems with washing and drying my clothes here. AC was working nicely here too, which was a life saver during this heat wave over the weekend.

Well Ive been coming to the laundromat for a few years now it is clean and affordable and I do like the bonus for every $20 you spend but I believe something needs to be done about the homeless people and the drug dealers around and the fact every thing says this place is 24/7 however it is not....

Its an okay place to wash clothes. Depending on the time you go it wont be so crowded. But there are some suspicious characters that hang out in front of this laundry mat. They arent washing clothes just sitting outside taking up space and smoking weed. The owners need security to keep them off the property.

I needed a 24hrs Laundry for an emergency washing...lol... someone suggested this one... it was around 11pm... there was alot of customers. The worker in charge that night was so kind, so professional. This is my new emergency Laundry place.... You have to purchase a card in order to use both the washer and dryer. The dryer is really good.

My first visit at this laundromat was kind of scary. Im new to Newark, so i needed somewhere to run to do my Laundry that was not too far away and opened long enough so I could complete my laundry. There were just too many crack heads begging for change at my every turn, others coming in asking for change as well, people selling clothes in the laundromat, a man trying to sell his card and harassing you as he was trying rather hard to do so, and then the drug dealers omg. Had these experiences not happened I would have giving five stars. Additionally, I had to add at-most 5 attempts to drying my clothes and no the machines where not packed at all thats why I did not understand why it took so my attempts. Advise to the owner is to clean up this place at night time, where customers can feel safer via getting security it helps.

This is not a 24 hr laundromat..I drove 20 min to get here because I had to wash a few things before my 5am shift just to see that it was not 24hrs

Their wash and fold service will absolutely “loose” your some of your clothes. I’ve used them a couple times and I’ve lost little by little up 400$ in clothes peicemeal with each wash. I thought it was me loosing it at home for a while, but I took notice when my girlfriend start loosing clothes as well.

After 12am you are in good. No one is there and all the washers are empty.... no more waiting

The employees are very nice, polite, and helpful. They help you with your bags, either arriving or leaving, for which I truly appreciate.

This laundry was a great place to go to when the old owners maintained the establishment! Now this place is cold, unfriendly, dirty and unprofessional. When you arrived at the laundry the laundry assistants would help you gather your things from your car and make sure you found washers for your clothing. Gone are the days when you could use many washer....by the way most of the washers and dryers are always broke☹️. The wash and fold has even taken a turn for the worst...They dont even fold your clothing 😢😫Sadly, I will be switching to another laundry until they keep the drug dealers out of the laundry and find more assistance who are willingly to assist with laundry transport at least. The few assistants they have left understand what it means to be courtesy and know how to help those who actually keep the place running... the customers! Please new owners go back to the old owners and ask them for the great formula...the formula for maintaining consistent and happy clientele.

It is 24/7 laundry. It is convenient to get to. The owner just need to hire a repair man to fix the washers and dryers that are not working.

Ive gone to this Laundry twice and lost money in the dryer and washer! The last incident was a little more than a month ago and almost $4.00. Because themanager wasnt there a refund was out of the question especially after the worker saw the machine was faulty and told me not to use the machine next to the faulty machine! (Of course I left) I left my name and number (twice) and have NOT been contacted by thismanageryet! There is 1 small sign near the counter that explains this wack refund policy! Can you imagine if this happend to ten or more people a day?!! If you have money to throw away, this is the spot for you!

This guy is a real crook. Its ridiculous what he charges. Gives you a big smile while hes ripping you off - the worst kind of crook. NYC charges .70 cents a pound and he charges 1.00 a pound. Im through with this place.

Big and close to home. Sometimes a lot of ghetto, unfriendly people and once lost lots of clothes there, never found them . But the service there is really good.
