I been coming here for years and this new owner hired nothing but respectful Spanish women, ( they all speak English and Spanish clearly lol ) They are all nice and Everytime i come they are usually working in the back so make sure you look for them there or ring the bell … I came in at 9:50pm ( they close at 10 ) and the lady that has half blue and half pink hair took my order with no issues and i came with like 6 bags ! I also come in every Sunday to do my small personal loads and I enjoy the music very much it’s usually the girl with the orange hair playing it and she’s another sweetheart. They are all sweethearts, and it’s also clean ! thank you for such a good experience each and Everytime guys ! See you next week :) the only con i can say i have at the moment with you guys is that there’s never enough carts ! Guys get more please ! Sundays I can never grab one and it’s also hot idk how you ladies work all day in that heat ! But keep up the great job !

Just left the spot. It’s warm in there but the way the worker today opened the doors was great and the worker was playing music. Great music. Thank god because the tvs don’t work. The worker today was the Spanish girl with orange hair and she was real nice. Doesn’t smile much so she looks mean but once you speak to her she’s really nice. Place is clean too

Walked in with six bags and walked out with three. Spent well over $60 for my towels, rags, kitchen decor, dinning decor and colored clothes to be all gone. Signs are up stating that you can not wait inside nor fold clothes. Leave out of there once I put my clothes in the dryer. Go back inside 60 mins later and my clothes are gone. Was told to call the next day but the person I spoke to was very rude. Wouldn’t contact the owner and was talking real slick at the mouth until I showed up five minutes later. Finally spoke to the owner after the manager told me that he was unavailable and he tells me it’s nothing he can do besides check the cameras. He asked me two call back in a few days to see if someone bring them back. Here we are three weeks later no clothes, no solution and guess what the cameras doesn’t work anymore. Very upset.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. This is the worst place you can get your CLOTHES washed at. I’ve been goin there for years {my fault of course} I took 41 pounds of clothing they washed it with someone else’s stuff and gave it to them . When I went to get it they acted like it was no big deal and that they called the other people ...the other people returned 15 pounds back .... the staff acted like it was not a big deal I spoke to the owner Henry who also acted like it wasn’t a problem I got tired of the back and forth for 3 weeks AT THE END he said he was only going to give me 100 for everything and that’s it Remember I’ve been going there for years and that’s how much it was worth.. I’ve spent hundreds there... I wish I could give them a negative review AND it’s also not a clean place (again my fault for goin there )

Usually this place is awesome. But I noticed today people where in with no mask, folding laundry and lingering around. There are signs saying not to do so. The worker is not following protocol. She isnt wearing a mask and about 50 percent of the machine isnt working.. I think Ill be taking my business elsewhere

I really enjoy washing my clothes there. Never crowded and doesnt cost much for machines.

My girlfriend washed some clothes at the laundromat. She left her card in the washing machine while the clothes were being washed. Someone took her card. The reason for the 1-star is because when she asked to speak to the manager about helping with the situation, she mentioned that he was unwilling to help her with getting her card back which had allot of funds on it. although there was a camera pointed directly at the washing machine she was using. She wasnt able to finish her laundry as a result and had to dry the clothes at another laundromat. Shell never go back

Clean, great prices, and friendly staff. Machines have great washing options extra wash, extra rinse, and settings for heavier loads like rugs etc. The prices are awesome! The best day to go is on Thursdays 99¢ wash day. Parking, and a place next door to grab a bite to eat! Best laundry place in the area! Dry cleaning also.

Terrible laundromat. Shady people there who steal your stuff when you are not looking. I was out of the laundromat 3 minutes! When I ask the owner to look at the security camera to identify the thief, he gives the run around and says he cant do that because he would have to send a request with the security team and it would take too much time. He pretty much implied it was my fault for leaving my stuff out. Unbelievable. They lost my business forever for being so shady and not caring about their customers! they just want your money but dont care about security.

I love this place! Ive been coming here for over 8 years! Its extremely clean. The machines work. The $1 wash specials on Wednesday and Thursdays save my life!! Yesenia DESERVES A RAISE! She is not only friendly and easy to approach, but she works hard to keep this place clean, in between doing loads of laundry herself! Because of her I come back EVERY WEEK! Best place in Newark for sure!

Great customer service, Yesenia is always helpful and she’s always smiling. I went one day and she wasn’t there, so I asked the manager, she told me she was off, I heard another customer asking the manager where Yesenia was, that means customers like her and her service. I would suggest you go Wednesdays and/or Thursdays, just 99 cents to wash (cold water). There’s also free wifi (just ask for the password). Free parking. There’s also a pizzeria next door so you can stop there while doing laundry. If you like my review, give it a thumbs up 👍

I miss coming here. The owners ( if it’s the original) is very personable and takes pride in his business.

This is my favorite laundermat! I usually have to go on a weekday to avoid the family day crowds and men who need to watch pro sports uninterrupted. Tommy is awesome, the staff is awesome, usually 98% of the machines work, its clean, close to food, and theres an enjoying lack of solicitors. Theres also drop off, pick up, and delivery. Stop by...

Ive been driving 13 miles each way to do my laundry since they open. Place is always clean, washers and driers do their job. And I can always have a nice breakfast on the next store.

Place is super clean, staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful.1) when you walk in, go to the x-changer money machine on the left hand wall.2) use the system to put money on their laundry card ($10 minimum)3) walk to any open washer, load your laundry, and pay with the card.I love this system. No more dealing with quarters. I almost avoided this place because of someones bed bug review. Dont make the same mistake. (Its a public place; look inside the machine and the folding table to make sure its clean before use).

I forgot the girl name that cleans the place but shes very helpful, nice, funny and respectful . Its always super clean and Nobody will ever touch your stuff here.

BEDBUGS - RUDE STAFF - EXPENSIVEThis place would get Zero stars if I could do so. I’ve been here three times to do laundry, once was drop off and twice self wash.The drop off service is expensive compared to others laundromats in the area. The staff are RUDE. Don’t ask too many questions. I had a woman come and accidentally pour detergent into my clean clothes (accidentally) and then look at me as if I was crazy since I had to rewash my clothes.THE MOST IMPORTANT thing that made me decide to never return here was finding a BEDBUG in my clean FOLDED clothes once I opened my bag at home. No, I do not have bed bugs at home nor in my car. I am led to believe that it was left on the folding table by another customer. I also believe that it is the job of the facility maintain a clean environment.

Clean place to do laundry. Not very kid friendly or have activities or childrens station to keep them busy while they are there.

Its a bit expensive in comparison to traditional laundry mats you have to use card but u can use your debt card or credit card or cash to add money to your card the dryers are 38 cent and you have go pay for pre-wash in all washers
