Ive been using First Day Social for almost 2 years now. I almost cancelled after a couple of months but Im really happy I didnt. I dont understand how the internet or search engines work, but I noticed a pick up in calls and emails after a few months. Now Im at or near the top of Google for almost any search related to my business and I dont use any other marketing service. I was referred by a friend and Im so happy I was.

It seems like im one of the few that had problems with this company, after having a dispute with the person in charge of my account i asked to speak to his higher up, he said he was not in and to leave a message, i left a message and followed up a week later. No one ever got back to me. The service that i was paying for was not quite what i was getting. i ended up being charged twice in the same week due to their cancelation policy so be careful if you ever decide to end your service with the, it needs to be done 30 in advance. personally for an online company thats a very long time since it takes hours to shut down the site or move it to a new host. I took over this account because the business i recently bought was using it, but really there are companies that do this for cheaper and if you have some info part of this can be done by yourself. Customer service was also on the low end, i did like that they are real people over robots to get you to someone but in my experience the follow up portion was not good at all, i felt like it was all dragged out and the only way i got a follow up on a subject they said they would handle required me to call up week after week, day after day.

I wish there was no star because they deserve that. I cannot recommend doing business with them. I met Oscar and he lied straight to my face. We spoke a couple more times thereafter and he changed her story again. I feel completely cheated! No matter what, I would never do business with them again.
