We have been customers for 3 years and have always been satisfied with the services to our home. Our regular cleaner is Michelle from Team 5 and she is amazing! She is very friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. We also like that we get reminders of upcoming cleans, just in case we need to cancel or reschedule (which is very easy to do). Their customer service is great, and we will happily continue to use them.

The cleaning team of two arrived on time. They were pleasant they introduced themselves to me they were new to my residence. I was working in my home office for awhile as they went off to perform their task efficiently. I endedup leaving and returning found cleaning done well and tidy. A welcoming feeling!

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for about a year now. I’m very pleased with the level of service and the professionalism of the ladies who have been in my home. I had previously had ladies who run their own business as a 1 person operation, so a service was new to me. I think I’ll be a customer for life. I appreciate how well the company is run.

I get Team#5. Im glad !Its a pleasure knowing that when they arrive they set up quickly and do all the regularly scheduled work for that day. I have lots of little things thatrequire careful handling, which Team #5 does.

I enjoy using the cleaning Authority because of my age. It is difficult to get down on my knees. I also have chronic back problems and balance problems. They always are courteous and do such a good job. My present crew is Brett And Kristen. I would recommend them very highly.

Tori left my house sparking clean. She was attentive to details and didnt miss anything.

Came 3 times were great every time. Got call for 4th week that they sent staff home sick and would not be out. Ok not a problem appreciated that. The next week no email or call on what time would be out went on line as you have to do everything online and nothing scheduled. Called office and was on hold 10 minutes for them to come back and apologize that they have cancelled our cleanings for the time being due to staffing issues and would let us know when could start up again. Cleaning crew was great but office is unreliable and unprofessional no call, no notification, nothing.

Girls always do excellent job cleaning. Don’t always have them clean downstairs as not often down there to need cleaned.

Always happy with service.

I started out very pleased with the cleanings at my house until I attempted to contact the office. I sent an email to the office on 9/30/2019, asking if the my couch was being vacuumed each time as requested (and paying for) but I never received a response back. Then on 12/18/2019, I had called to cancel service for my cleaning on 12/23/2019, but no one at the office answered so the call was transferred to the call center. The lady on the phone confirmed my service would be canceled on 12/23/2019 and would resume on 1/6/2019. On 12/24/2019, I received a notification that my card was charged for a cleaning. Since I was out of town, I called the office to see if this was an error or find out if they cleaned even though it was suppose to be canceled. Of course, no one was available at the office so the call was transferred to the call center where the lady was very nice and stated she would have the manager call me. Almost a week later and still no call from the manager. I would have easily recommended this company in the past but not anymore. They seem to be poorly managed and can have no communication with the actual office. Very disappointing.
