Very good place to visit for all your handicap transaction needs

So easy to use. The people on the phone were so informative and professional. The vehicle was exactly what we needed. I Would recommend this company to anyone who has a special needs child or other that needs to rent a wheelchair van.

Please get in writing before authorizing a contract which type of vehicle you will be getting. I was told a Dodge caravan and was given an mv1. (I think thats what its called) a completely different type of riding vehicle. Their website and Facebook page show all minivan. This was not a minivan! It has a very hard suspension. Without going into intimate details, it made for a very difficult trip for my passenger.

Wheelers made our trip. Ive traveled a lot with my disabled daughter and since weve been using Wheelers my stress level has decreased dramatically. I would definitely recommend this company.

I rent from wheelers almost every week or second week and I specifically asked for the mv-1 van it works great and my 97 year old grandmother likes it much more than any Dodge minivan I have rented from them almost all of the MV-1 and that New York New Jersey area and I have no complaint against them (btw the Access-A-Ride company in Nyc area has a lot of mv-1 type vehicle it is much more reliable and handicap accessible) their customer service a very very helpful always ready to satisfy my family needs.

I have used them before and service and van were excellent, yet this time i needed a van, called and woman said tht there was not a van available in my area, but she was going to try to get one from a near area, she said she was going to call me, and nothing, she never called! then when i called another nice person said tht tht van in near area was not available anymore, tht thre was another in another place further out, yet it was going to cost me an additional $420. I had to look some where else. hopefully next time they will come thru!
