DHL hires some of the most inconsiderate, unprofessional and uncaring people known to mankind. It’s a shame because they also hire some great folks that try to help when the aforementioned degenerates are only trying to destroy your business with an infuriating lack of communication and complete misdirection. Not sure what happened to these people in their lives but I sure hope DHL provides them with good mental health coverage... I will never use DHL again. Save yourself the headache and use a different carrier.
