Order the biryani and chicken tikka masala!!! so good

This is an honest review. Went there to buy their frozen naan and they were fantastic.Second time I ordered butter chicken and the frozen naan .The butter chicken was tasteless. You could taste a burnt taste, chilli and lemon .4 pieces of cut chicken and large volume of soup 🤔. The frozen naan this time was undercooked and still have sticky dough. Unfortunately they don’t have consistency .

Big store has all the Indian groceries and also ready made meals are available

The attached mini takeout restaurant has the BEST Indian style food. I want to give it 6 stars instead of 5. I love the food here more than any food Ive ever had before, anywhere. The place looks very unimpressive. But the taste more than makes up for it. Just order to go. Try the Butter Chicken first if you dont know what to order. Then do not be afraid to order the Goat Curry. It is much better than you would think. Always order some Naan on the side. Not into Indian food? The Tandoori Chicken Kebab is the best grilled chicken I ever had and my picky son loved it too. I sound like an ad, but you can check my other reviews and see that i dont write like this about every place I review. The food here really stuck out to me as beyond amazing.

Very friendly and helpful. Also have take out. Got butter chicken that was good and spicy. Small but very stocked grocery. Tables in room next door with tv for eating in.

I go here for their delicious cooked Indian meals. I have tried the chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, goat curry and Indian barbecued chicken served with hot peppers and lime (Cant remember the name of the dish ). The gentleman at the register is very helpful, i suggest consulting him if u are new to Indian cuisine. He always has excellent recommendations. This is an Indian grocery store as well, and i buy whole spices from here.

Very good food. I had the Chicken Tikka Masala and my husband had the BIhari Kabob. Both dishes were delicious! We cant wait to go back and try something new.

Always canceling uber eats orders. May want to remove your restaurant from the platform if you cannot deliver. It has happened several times now.

Super yummy chicken bihari kabob and friendly people. Started coming here once a week after I found this place. Sometimes we pick up a few snacks while we’re here too.

Food is just awesome. I had ordered food for couple parties. Perfect taste, perfect spice level and just yummy. Service is also great. We had ordered: Malai kofta, butter chicken, paneer masala, Cholle, naan and onion kulche. # love the kulche(soft bread with onions and other ingredients).If you are looking for best Punjabi style food, Basant is your place to go.Basant is my favorite desi restaurant in Delaware!!!

One of my favorite little stores, though the selection has unfortunately been sparse as of late. The rating in this case is for the warm reception and customer service.

Decent Indo-Pak grocery store. You can find pretty much everything. They also have a food cart.

I really love the food and the quality and quantity.....the guys who own the place is superb he is very polite and knows what he is doing.... the kawabs are just off the hook.....and other dishes are amazing....really love the place and the food....one stop show for groceries and good food.....

Okay selection, the owner helped me find a recipe I was looking for. However, seemed a little disorganized and more of a restaurant with an Indian convenience store attached than a grocery store compared to others around.

Not a great store, but they prepare currys on order that taste good and can take with you.

Its Asian grocery store but have very less inventory. Disorganised but the owner and the other people who work there are very friendly and very helpful. The only funny thing is if you want to order Samosa in evening and if you call them than they will not answer you directly as in no we dont have it they will say oh we are out of oil, or potatoes, peas so then rest we have to assume that we wont get that particular meal today. And sometimes they themselves dont know what they have in store

Food was cold and uncooked. Seems like the server just took out from the freezer and did not heat up the food. Customer service clerk was rude and careless. Wont try their food again.

I havent bought much food from here, but their specialty is Chicken Bihari Kabab. Its taste is simply amazing. So, every time I order the Bihari kabab only.

We went looking for supplies to make Gimbap, but were disappointed when we realized that it wasnt an Indian and Korean grocer. The Indian food was authentic, but they were out of the quick snack that we had decided to get as an alternative.

Delicious food!I had a paneer masala and tandoori rotis and they were delicious. It had a homemade touch to it. I had tried laddu and jalebi and they were also excellent. Highly recommended if you are looking for takeout Indian food.

I come here weekly to get groceries (we prepare a lot of Indian dishes as we are vegetarians). The people at Basant are always friendly and helpful when Im in the shop.Their selection is definitely surpassed by their food. I have long been searching for a local Indian take-out option and, having recently tried their food, I can say Ive found it. The service was quick and the food was amazing. We had the paneer masala and the malai kofta and both were really great! If you are crazy for naan, you may want to double up on the order. We ordered one garlic naan for two people and definitely shouldve gone with more!
