Gibellino Construction came in after we suffered recent water damaged in our finished basement. They responded quickly. Gabriel came in to do the initial assessment. He was professional and proficient. We were assigned a project manager, Drew, who organized the work. He communicated in detail what we could expect and when. He made sure we knew who was coming and when we could expect them. Drew stopped in often to ensure the work was to our satisfaction and met Gibellinos standards. Walt and Jaron completed all the prep work. They respected our home, protected our flooring, were very courteous and did an amazing job. Walt made sure all the other contractors were properly introduced when they arrived and helped us feel comfortable. Each of the contractors performed above and beyond our expectations. They arrived on time, answered all our questions and addressed any concerns. Amanda handled the administrative aspects of the job and she was an absolute joy to work with. The whole team is exceptional people who are conscientious, thoughtful and experts in their field.
