Excellent customer service! Bob is extremely knowledgeable, and really came through in a pinch. He offered to open up the shop on a holiday weekend so I could get the toner my store desperately needed!

Wow, SHOCKINGLY good service. Ive bought cartridges here for years and the latest one didnt work for my Epson. The owner was really patient on the phone as he explained their firmware updates, etc. and tried to walk me through a fix over the phone. Then he offered to take a look at the printer if I bring it by. I had an urgent print I had to do immediately, and he offered to print it for me as well. His son was on duty when I swung by, and he helped me out with just as much professionalism. Very quick, very easy. I havent brought the printer by yet, but I dont look at it and feel stress anymore. Did not expect that level of service--what a great surprise.Ive always been one of those yeah, whatever, small businesses give better service type of people, but this is how its done. Prices are very reasonable, too.

This is a long overdue review!! I’ve been coming here for 5 years or so. I Love, love, LOVE this place! It is truly a life and a MONEY saver!! I honestly don’t know what I would do without Cartridge World! My Cannon takes 5 cartridges and if only 1 runs out...I can’t use the printer/copier at all! Cartridge World cuts my ink cartridge prices IN HALF! LITERALLY!!! (I will try to locate and post a picture of one of my receipts.) Owner is awesome and friendly! Makes a great effort to remember his customers! Great rewards program and military discount! Really appreciate Bob and his family! 👍🏽👍🏽

Products are priced fairly, but the service is OUTSTANDING! I purchased a toner cartridge from Bob and after 1-month the copies were fading. I called Bob to order a replacement and he looked at my order history and began asking questions that caused me to run a report which determined the cartridge failed. Bob cam to my business the next day with a replacement cartridge (For Free) and my printer has been working great ever since. Great service you dont get from an online vendor!

Had a great experience at this store. This owner is very helpful and knowledgeable about printers and ink. I had visited here many years ago when it first opened and was not impressed and felt the ink was of poor quality. BUT recently went back and it is now under new ownership. The ink and cartridge replacement is so much more improved. It lasted as long as any ink cartridge I buy new - for half the price! I would recommend this store to anyone.

CW provides excellent *refill* and *new* cartridges for my somewhat older machine. Their prices are equal to or lower than those at other cartridge retailers. I have been pleased to shop there, as the agents are knowledgeable. A friend of mine has a Sharp cartridge that I could not find a replacement any place, I took it to Cartridge World and the owner tried to find a replacement for the cartridge but could not. This was not there problem but he took on the task. Im a professional writer and editor and I certainly go thru tons of ink. (I have two types of printers including an all-in one w a color copier). Cartridge World saves me money, but perhaps more important, they save me time. I no longer have to run to my local Big Box store and squint at the tiny print on those boxes sitting on shelves w the endless brands of ink cartridges etc.Now the ink is delivered to my door.I have also purchased printers through Cartridge World and they follow up with personal service, always ready to answer my questions regardless how mundane or stupid. In fact, the staff seems to know everything there is about printers and the printing process. Theyre just not merely filling up ink cartridges. When I think of printers, I think of that famous movie where the office workers drag the copier out into a field and hit it with baseball bats! Cartridge World is the BEST ! We HAD been buying OEM ink and toner (OR what we thought was OEM but was not) from various local and online suppliers with mixed results. We tried Cartridge World when we were in a pinch. Mr. Nicholson (the owner) took superb care of me.... he beat our very best pricing, had my toner in inventory (offered to deliver in future) and the toner capacity is as good if not better than oem.Oh plus NO error codes.One more thing . 2 years ago our main invoicing printer had stopped during the middle of a very busy day. I called cartridge world to see if they had any ideas to get me back up.Mr. Nicholson was in front of me at my store in ten minutes . Opened her up fiddled and adjusted this and that .
