I had these guys survey a property line at my home a year ago. They spent two and a half days ..... well partial days! Sent me a bill for, I believe $600+, and never drove a pin or placed a flag. Today they knock on my door because they were surveying the property next door for a settlement.They needed to get into my yard to do so. I let them in and mentioned that they never found my corner. The guy tells me, without referring to anything, that it is my corner fence post. I was there most of the time they were surveying my property line. I know they found many pins. I cannot recommend these people they were extremely unprofessional and appeared to be confused or to lazy to do the research necessary to do this job for me. I was however billed professional fees for their lack of work! I build and renovate homes for a living. I have dealt with many surveyors over the years. I am just glad I tried them out on my own property first rather than for ANYTHING to do with my business. I hold my company to a higher standard than they apparently do.
