Staff checked me out while on the phone with someone so I couldnt ask questions. None of the items had prices so i didnt know how much my case was until it came up on the credit card reader.

Went in to get my s10 screen replaced today, the guy working did an awesome job replacing my screen. He had other customers bothering him while he was working on my phone and still did a great job. If I break another screen, Ill be back for sure.

Went to repair my screen and the new screen had a small scratch on it. I noticed it right there on the spot and told the person working there.. he goes sorry its not my fault, I opened a new screen replacement, it must have happened while the screen was on the fixing toolkit that I use.... Seriously? Its your fault if you just handed me a new screen with a scratch on it. Doesnt matter how it happened, it happened from your end. He tried to convince me that its so small and it doesnt matter. Would you pay $250 for a product that has a scratch on it? Especially one you noticed within the second of seeing the product? The person working has no customer service and does not care. He even ignored another customer that was in the store and said Im busy fixing a customers phone and completely ignored the other customer that had an issue with their case. If Cellairis cannot have enough staff, they need to have a better person that can manage everyone that comes into the store and not scratch one customers screen and completely ignore another customer. Do not goto any Cellairis in the DE mall.

I have no words to describe this terrible service. I never went back to it again. Please do not step foot in any of the cellairis stores in the Christina mall

Got a iPad screen fixed. One week later, Touch ID doesn’t work. The screen has a ghost touch. Not only that, the screen had letting dust and lint inside so now, there is dust inside the screen, Can’t get rid of it. I nolonger have this iPad due to the poor screen they used. this place is so unprofessional, and a scam. the cases they sell are obviously fake. the screen protectors are literally dollar store screen protectors, they installed it but now has so much dust and they didn’t even clean the screen. Everyone! Please DO NOT fix your screen, please go to real retailers like the Apple store or Best Buy. I’d rather pay $30 more dollars to get my screen fixed PROFESSIONALLY. I regret coming here and never ever will i come back, I hope this store closes. Don’t go here. Unprofessional business.

My partner had bought a cellphone case before Christmas of 2020 for almost $40 and the case is already messed up with no serious activity to cause damage. You have to ask for help which is not a problem but they try to rush you out the door and are rude. Never will buy again. I think you should do the same.

Great place to turn your cracked screen into a broken phone.

Pretty fast service. Only 25 minutes to replace my phone screen was cracked. My only complaint was the haggling I had to do to get down to a sensible price. They wanted $140 to replace the screen with an after-market one. Those people that will come out to your house and replace it for $100 All In. They wanted $40 more. I told them that I can get it done for $100 and theyll come out to me, and I wasnt really expecting to haggle at all, but he did reduce the price to 120. Its better than nothing I guess and I was already there so I let him fix it. It looks great and it functions as it should. Ive broken two phones trying to replace the screen myself in the past, so there was no way I was going to try it again. Even if replacement kits are like $10 on eBay shipped

DO NOT GET YOUR SCREEN REPAIRED HERE. Brought two iphones in for screen replacement. Since using this company, one phone is completely ruined (no display, does not charge, does not vibrate/make sound.)Other phone barely responds to touch, very difficult to text or use device.)This service also took multiple hours to complete and the results were Atrocious.

My sweet mother went to these guys to replace an iPhone screen for $65. She tells me after, her mic doesnt work to make calls. She went twice to get it fixed and still after the mic doesnt work.I no this is a scam because Ive purchased cheap apple screens from China and know this is very common symptom after replacing the screen. $5 for the part. Its Not human error but the part itself. When you change the screen you change the other electronics with it because how its manufactured. Your screen looks new but the phone doesnt work.You get what you pay for does not apply here because your phone should still work.These guys are preying on peoples trust hoping youll walk away and not check to see if it makes calls! Check it first, make a call before you walk away. Im surprised this is in the Christiana Mall, they should crack down on this.

Dont go here. Called ahead, asked if they could do my repair, drove 20 minutes to the store where they not only couldnt do the repair, they denied that I ever called, that they had quoted me a price or had agreed to the repair and goaded me into calling their number saying I definitely hadnt called that store. His phone rang obviously. Dont go here.

Owner wanted to haggle to fix a phone, despite being told several places in the mall gave better, lower quotes, WITH warranties ranging from 30 days to lifetime, he refused to offer warranty AT ALL, nor would he price match. Then he tried to sell a $15 case for $35 with a $10 discount . Horrible attitude, wont get business like that.

Great customer service. Fixed my phone in 20mins. They are fast, friendly and prices are fair unlike mainstream stores that spike up the prices. Had great experience and each employee was friendly and very knowledgeable. Would recommend to everyone.

These people are not very professional, plus the screen they gave me as a replacement to an iPhone was the worst LCD screen I have ever seen in my life and I dont ever do reviews so you know theyre bad.

Horrible. The used a screen that was not for my phone. I brought it back twice and they would not fix it or replace it. Kept telling me I did not know what I was talking about. I had to go to another company in Middletown and pay again to have the right screen put on. I wrote their corporate location but got no response. They also forged my writing on the receipt slip. Do not go here they are very dishonest people.

Check your receipt b4 you leave store i was told as im checking out price to fix my screen was 79.99 checked my receipt at home was charged 105. Will be going in to store to fix discrepancy or will call my credit card company.

Very unprofessional. They use parts that are not intended for your phone. Aftermarket parts that do not allow your phone to work correctly. And if you look at most of the 5 stars reviews, they are family and friends of the owners. Their corporate does not return phone calls. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Avoid them!!! They dont seem genuine at all.First experience - I needed my iphone camera repair and took my phone to them. I stayed in store when the girl at the counter started working on it. Just in a couple of mins she told me they only work on the phone when you are not around. When I told them that I dont mind waiting, the girl in the store became adamant that she wont work and I need to come back after an hour. That day she could not even fix the phone!!!Another time recently i had them change my iphone 5S battery. The battery they installed does not hold the charge for even a day with minimal use. Definitely my phone was not installed a new battery.

Very disappointed..... crappy work and terrible management!!!!! I had my S7 Edge repaired in March17 to the tune of $300+. I choose Cellairis @ Christiana because I was told they offered a lifetime warranty on the repair (sounds to be good to be true right???) As things would have it, for no apparent reason the screen developed a vertical line down the side of the display screen 5 months out. I called the Christiana store to confirm the warranty on my repair before making the trip to the mall (which was confirmed by an employee) however when I got to the store the manager advised only a 90 day warranty. Although the manager confirmed i had been advised of a lifetime warranty he would not honor what his staff committed to. So much for doing the right thing. Its a shame that Cellairis does not honor their commitments to customers. Lesson learned......Ill make sure to get things in writing if ever theres a next time. Just another lifes reminder that if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.

Sold me an used battery and told me it was new. I took it to its color and they put a brand new one and it works great.I contacted cellairis to have at least some credit since they gave me a bad battery and they couldnt do anything for me.very disappointed. go to icolor instead !!

We go to Christinana to shop, my dad says he needs a new phone case; nothing wrong with the phone, the case is old. The employee removes the case, and offers him a free cleaning. I walk in, the phone is apart, and the employee is showing my father that there is now a shadow on the screen when he powers it on, and wouldnt he like a new screen?He explains that peoples phones have died in his hand before, *just like that*, and if my dad leaves the store here cant continue to fix the problem, not mentioning that the device was FINE before he opened it up. He then says hell give him a deal, only $60 for the repair, and that the parts come with a 30-day warranty, but only at that location. He ignores my questions of whether itsi an aftermarket LCD screen, and how exactly the screen was damaged.Terrible, manipulative retailer. Go to an authorized retailer, where they have to be accountable for screwing up your device.

Went there to have a screen fixed. They came back saying the phone had already been repaired and it needed a lcd so they could charge more. I know for a fact the phone had never been repaired. I believe they broke something trying to fix it. Meanwhile after saying it would take 20 mins, 1 hr later we got it back and now when using the phone its all messed up. Would not recommend them at all to fix phones.

The reps at the Solaris in Christiana mall next to the Macys are the most unknowledgeable representatives I have ever encountered. I took my cracked screen to t hese people a few days ago. The representative told me that he would fix it in 2 hours. So I came back to him after two hours and he said that he would need the phone an extra day because the screens that he had in stock to replace my cracked screen were all defective. He was lying because he damaged my phone even further while trying to fix the phone. So I told him that I could not wait any longer and I took my phone to Idope in Philadelphia. The rep in Philadelphia told me that the guys at cellairis ruined the connection from the screen to the motherboard. Luckily I took my phone to a knowledgeable rep who knew what was wrong and actually fixed it at no extra cost. I would not recommend this place for LG g3 repairs.
