DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. attempted to order twice from here. The first time I waited 8 months only to be told the jacket I ordered was no longer being sold there and provided with options of jackets triple the cost of the original one that I would have to cover the cost for. I had emailed multiple times and called with no contact with anyone from that company. Until EIGHT MONTHS LATER. The second order had yet to arrive I have contacted them multiple times as well with no answer and no accountability (the order was placed in March and it is currently august) with ZERO updates and no communication. Do not order from here unless you want to be incredibly frustrated and empty handed paying for nothing. Most of their items have the wrong logos on them anyways.

I contacted Promotion Zone about a gift for teacher appreciation and they replied with information on a product that would fit our budget. We ended up choosing the item, ID badge reels, which arrived within three weeks, and turned out great! I prefer shopping locally, and will definitely use them again in the future!

Promotion Zone has been my choice for embroidered uniforms since I opened in 2008. They have great customer service, delivery and the price is always right! I highly recommend their service and will continue to call them for all my uniform needs.

Very dissappointing. We dropped off a logo to have put on drinking glasses for holiday gifts more than a month before the holiday. They initially said this would take few weeks. We called a few weeks later and then they gave a date it would be completed a few weeks after that. When we went to pick them up they had not done the project. If they were not going to do it they should have told us so we would have time to find a vendor. Very poor customer service.

Disenchanted I made an online order does not arrive when it was supposed never communicated to let me know that I arrive and if they spend 3 months and they have it they take your money and do not give you the uniforms they say it is their policy but nowhere does it say
