Called to ask a question as I am a disabled veteran with an established business in Southern NJ. I was not happy with the service when I did an initial call. All I wanted was a simple answer about where the veteran meetings were as they seemingly appear to be in New York and Northern New Jersey leaving South Jersey out with the closest veteran meeting in Albany New York. Instead of allowing me to ask my question, the female answering the phone kept repeating that I needed to register on the website first, not allowing me the opportunity to ask my question. After me politely repeating over and over could she please allow me to ask a question, she finally acquiesced as if there was no protocol in place to allow her to even be asked a question. I therefore found the service to not be helpful, nor welcoming to me. Respectfully the lead person answering your phones is the face of your business and if you are offering advice to businesses, please understand that. I felt the demeanor of the person that answered on behalf of your organization was condescending to me as if I didnt matter in the least.

My experience has been great! My counselor Sheila meets with me regularly and she provides strategic guidance to assist me with advancing my business objectives.
