Amazing Job! I had my bathroom remodeled and I am so pleased with the results. There were some issues found on the sub floor/joists during demo and everything was fixed properly and quickly! The tile work and fixture install in the bathroom was also done very professionally. Very happy with the work and will definitely be using them again for future projects!

I met Bob when the company he works for Alpha Designer Floors was hired to do the flooring in my home. He came across a hard worker with an attention to detail. He gave me his business card and told me to call him about having my bathroom remodel. I called and have deeply regretted it. Bob remodeled the bathroom and now there are plumbing issues. He is not a licensed plumber. He also did not install the light fixtures properly and I had to hirer an electrician to fix. According to the electrician, live wires were left exposed. Bob is not a licensed electrician. To make matters worse, there were some issue with the flooring and I contacted a local contractor to fix because the owner of alpha designer floors was unresponsive. The new contractor brought to my attention that the treads on the stairs cut wrong and measured at different sizes and were not flush. This is a major code violation. Guess who did the stairs in my home: Bob. If you want shoddy work, Bob, Baha or Barhon (whatever name he uses) is your guy.

Beware! it’s owner Bob doesn’t know what he is doing. The language barrier is a problem. That also affects his ability to follow and read the floor plan. Doesn’t listen or follow directions of what was discussed or what the job entails. He is not a plumber but does the work. There becomes issues he doesn’t return calls or texts. Takes the money- doesn’t finish the job completely. Doesn’t show up when he is supposed. Friends and family wrote the other reviews.

Friends, family and people that he has a “personal” relationship with get better work quality than the random clients. He was dishonest, brought children with him, didn’t finish the job completely and tried to charge raise the cost of the job when it was not the price he quoted.
