Leann was great. I come from a family of stylist, and she knew exactly what I wanted and made it happen to perfection. Plus, the week before, she and the another stylist did an excellent job on my two boys hair, and the are as picky as me. Since, Im 5 hours from my family, Leann and her fellow team members will always get my business. Plus, she recommended some in store shampoo and conditioner that are doing a great job on adding body to my thinning hair, just as she recommended.

Leeanne and Fiona were absolutely amazing and extremely professional. They helped me decide what color would go best with my skin tone. My hair turned out absolutely amazing! They even recommended products that would be best to use. I would highly recommend going to them!

Got my eyebrows done by Fiona multiples times now and they always come out amazing. She has also does my friends hair and she also loves her work. So if you want quality service go here I promise you wont be disappointed.

Charmaine was wonderful!!! My hair is extremely damaged from my last hairstylist highlighting it. I have been very fun shy but she was very patient, took her time. When I say that it damaged I mean you can just finish brushing it and there are nots and snarls again 2 minutes later.. she was careful to not pull it out when brushing it. I had 4 inches cut off and she asked questions about layering it, framing around my face, If I wanted my size shorter than the back so it was V shape.. some hairdressers will take the 4 inches off and just do the rest there way... Im definitely going back to see her again!!

My hairdresser, Fiona, was super professional and I am very happy with how my hair turned out! Many people are complaining about the store not being open, but that was back when Covid was still bad enough to have the business closed. I’ve never had a problem here and I will continue to go. The store under new management now and it’s even better!

The girls are always friendly. Easy to chat with. They do a great job.

Nate did an excellent job on my granddaughter. They were very busy and slightly challenged but he got her in and did an amazing job.

Had an appointment at 4pm got to the salon and it was closed no phone call to cancel our appointment or anything

Tried to call several times, several different days and no one answers. Went in person to set up an appointment for my daughter and then when I went to the appointment, no one was there and it was locked up. No one called to say the appointment was cancelled. This is the second time an appointment was made and no one was there when I showed up from the appointment. Very poor customer service.

She perm my hair and never cut it. I am not happy with my hair. I will never go back. This is not the first time I have had this problem with them. There is a lot of talk.

Got charged for two heads or color because she said my daughter has a lot of hair. However she only did half of her head (Top only.) $200 plus tip.My daughter said she wanted burgundy highlights (her hair is black). However, supposedly the stylist said she picked red. Okay, fine...we will live with red. She told us to leave the color on for two days. So, we did that. Mean while my daughters hair is staining everything. The 3rd day my daughter finally washed it out it it was pink and bleached and parts the dye didnt even touch. It looked awful.After politely telling the sylist that my daughters hair is now pink and blonde and all sorts of weird colors, she said to bring her in and she will fix it. Cool. No biggie. I was happy she was going to fix HER MISTAKE.When we got there, we told her she wants burgundy, like a dark reddish brown (WHAT SHE ORIGINALLY WANTED. Well thats a totally different color. The stylist said. I SAID, Obviously we dont want that red again because it didnt stay in her hair and turned it strange colors! Now I was starting get frustrated.Long story short, the stylist (Val) stated, Usually if you want a different color you will be charged again because now I have to pay for all those bottles of color out of my pocket because she has so much of it. But its fine. She definitely made my 13 year old kid sad that she has so much hair! I said, We did not know the permanent hair color was going to wash out in two days. Stylist said, Well, I usually have to do my daughters every 3 weeks. 😳 Who the hell colors their hair every 3 weeks? Talk about unprofessional...my thoughts were, listen lady, I paid for two heads of hair for $200.00 and shouldve be been charged $75 for a full head of dye. Once again, she only did HALF OF HER HEAD.All in all, my daughter no longer looks like she has clown hair, however, there are still patches of blonde from the bleach, but I will take care of it. I will not be back. All she had to do was fix her hair, but she wanted to rub it in my face that I shouldve been charged a second time. Wow... Not cool. 🤣 I was told she does a good job with curly hair, normally I wouldnt drive to a Walmart to get my kids hair done.

I was in there today for my eyebrows. I showed a picture of what I wanted. Didnt get anything close to that. I wanted thin arched eyebrows. I got squared semi thick. But the person doing them was very nice. And i wasnt going to sit there and keep telling her its not good enough. My brows are much better but not what I wanted. Everyone there is super nice tho.
